It would be too insane for anyone to monitor/moderate, and the chat would otherwise be full of trolls and people trying to spoil the plot for everyone else.

I'm the first in work to see it, going to the midnight one here in the UK in about 46 hours.

I am an absolute Star Wars Fan, watched those movies countless times, collected Star Wars LEGO in my childhood, played many Star Wars Video Games and read even more books. But for this movie, I am really sceptical. I do not mean in an absolute negative way. Only thing I know about that movie are the official trailer and teasers.
I am really looking forward to the movie, since I do not know a damn about any of those characters shown in the trailer. However, I stay concerned about Disney...

Are you concerned with Disney regarding the Marvel movies? Because they have no creative input in the making of these films.

But I guess they give a lot of money... and earn even more. Probably, that is one quite old fear, but yeah, really, I did not inform myself about anything regarding this movie. It is just the fact that I know Disney bought the rights and I know that they will even release movies besides the main saga between the two year cycle. Smells like greed.
It's been three years?! Man, that is some time... Apparently I lost track of the franchise, which is sad. I still have hope VII will bring me back on track

I'm considering caving going to see the Friday afternoon showing instead of waiting until Monday due to winter break starting I'm not sure how much the crowds would be reduced anyway... They've sold out of the Thursday night 2D showings and the first 3D showing which makes me even more concerned about how big the crowd would be Friday for the first showing.
