Personally, I thought marketing should have kicked off with having folks choose sides (especially know the most recent trailer)

But I dig the poster, and campaign seems to be doing well on social media so...

I don't see anyone winning against Man of Steel's Superman. I mean anyone that ever appear in any films ever.

edit: Yeah, and that last trailer kinda gave it away.

We already know neither will "win" and they stop to fight a bigger threat. So I'm not that interested. Trailers ruin it.

Seeing how they already gave it away in the trailer, neither/both win since they end up teaming up with Wonder Woman to fight the baddies.

I'm still holding out hope for this movie, but every piece of marketing material for this since the CC trailer has been disastrous.

Are they serious with that fucking hashtag?

Nobody wins. Fucking MAD at the recent trailer spoiling it all for a little "ohhh" and "ahhhh". Fucking WB and their shitty editing. Ugh.

We all lose.

None of the fights where you don't see them pounding each other is them fighting each other. It's Batman fighting Doomsday or Superman Fighter Doomsday. Fucking WB.

I agree it's silly after the last trailer, but they don't really expect anyone to pick the way, it's a way to get people talking and that does seem to be working

Batman got to the number 7 trend WW in about an hour so folks are clearly picking their sides

Hey, here's a zany idea. They fight, somebody wins, and then later on one realizes he needs the other's help so they team up. I know, I know. Too out there. Forget I said anything.

Yep, it's not even a spoiler at this point in my eyes since it's part of an official trailer meant to advertise the film. Although,
"big confrontation between two protagonists ending in a stalemate/teaming up"
is cliche as fuck so it would have been an easy guess anyway.

EDIT: Spoilered it for the lucky few who resisted watching the trailer and aren't spoiled already.

All this campaign does is highlight how fuckin' stupid it was to name this movie "Batman v Superman" when everyone currently alive and possessing a synapse that can correctly fire KNOWS THEY'RE GOING TO TEAM UP.

And they didn't even commit to the Batman v Superman concept in their marketing.

Superman wins when he goes on television and tells the world that Bruce Wayne is Batman and then promptly flies a news crew into the Batcave beneath Wayne Manor.

They showed them working together doing some banter in that trailer.

We know how it's going to play out, you've also released a schedule of all those future movies with them in it also working together.

There's zero tension guys.
