I've got a code for Sly 3 on Vita I'd like to give away. First person to PM me gets it (please only PM me if you actually have a Vita and intend to play the game).

Which superstore?? Apparently my local superstore is getting rid of its electronics section. The lady I talked to said it's a test store. I'm not sure if that's something all superstores are going to do.

This is news to me. I was considering buying the digital version, just to show a bit more support, but fack dat sh*t. I pray the money Bamco made off this game can garantee other in the future, along with older ones being available for purchase on PSN.

Just quoting this again, because I did it today and it's actually an incredibly good deal. Bought $100 of credit at the MS store, and it redeemed for $140 in my account.

That's a very, very good deal.

That is a good deal. Might do it myself, since I usually buy a bunch of stuff during the Summer/Winter sales (even though I have a 1000+ backlog there, lol).

Edit: Oh wait, it's in-store only? Will have to hope that Eaton still has some on Monday.

No way for you to get to the location on Eagleson? It might be Kanata, but it isn't too far a drive if you're in Nepean.

I work close to there so I could check it out for you and let you know if it's worth your time if you'd like.

Is there a link? Or is this in store only? Searching for Steam on the website turns up nothing.
 
Finally got a delivery date for my second stick (weird it took so long as they were ordered at the same time)...

Estimated arrival date: February 26, 2016 - March 07, 2016

That'd be awesome. I checked out the website and it seems to be pretty bare bones in terms of showing what's in their stores.
 
I have no estimate on my stick and amazon is just telling me that they don't have the stock yet and that people who ordered with priority shipping will get it before me blablabla... even though I'm prime and I ordered it as soon as it went up.

Yeah that doesn't make any sense. CSR directly told me they had them in their warehouse, which is why they are beginning to update order status.

I was at the Eagleson Superstore about a week back, and if memory is serving me right they don't have any PSP's. I could be totally wrong, though, their stuff is so bunched up and bundled together they could be well hidden. After the $20 bargain bin games went to $5 a few months back they seem to be gradually shrinking the games section. Plus they love having games at full price (The Crew is still $69.99 where you can get it for $25 at Wal-Mart, etc.) Back on Black Friday they never even changed the prices on the games, so everyone was going around asking for help to one poor dude at the cash. This an endlessly long winded way of saying they don't usually do the deals or have what you're looking for. But hopefully jred2k notices the PSP is there, that would be awesome. They do have plenty of PSP games, though!

Sounds like Zellars before it closed. I bought Singularity there for $60 and later found out it was $20 everywhere else.
 
Canceled my regular edition of sf5. Feb 24 to 26? Fuck that. Complaining about it did nothing.

I miss Futureshop. :(

Preloaded on PSN. Don't feel too bad, since I'll save lots of disk swapping.
 
Got both Fire Emblem Fates Birthright and Conquest preordered from Amazon. Which one should I keep and which to cancel?

Thinking of keeping Birthright. Is there a discount for getting the other version digitally if we have one version already?

Yes, the other version and Revelation are each 24.99 digitally when bought as dlc
 
CanadaGAF, I'm in a pickle.

Over the course of maybe two days, I missed the window on pre-ordering the Pokémon n3DS bundle and it doesn't look like I'll be able to get one now. I decided to pre-order the Fire Emblem n3DS XL in hopes of using it as a bartering chip to trade for the Pokémon bundle. As it get's closer and closer to release I'm getting more nervous that I won't end up finding anyone to trade with, and I'll be stuck paying for a handheld I really have no interest in. I'm trying to decide whether or not to cancel the pre-order on the Fire Emblem n3DS XL.

Has there been any word on the rarity of the Pokémon bundle? I expected it to be in more supply because of the brand, but alas, maybe because it's a regular n3DS, it's more limited.

On a related note, I missed the Bravely Second CE as well, and I haven't seen even a regular version go up! Am I completely screwed out of this game?

XLs are readily available everywhere. And the FE system wasn't selling out immediately.

Pokemon + regular n3DS > FE 3DS XL

The Guitar bundle (the biggest SKU numbers wise) flopped, the game prety much flopped worldwide, band units sold above expectations though.
