Do people really care for Bravely Second?

Looking forward to that more than Fates, but I liked BD more than most (and more than Awakening). Probably because I don't play RPGs for stories or characters.

Has anyone who ordered on Nov 12th from Amazon gotten their copy (or been charged) of the CE?

I ordered on the 12th and it shipped this morning. Arriving tomorrow via USPS...

edit: the funny thing is I also ordered from Best Buy as soon as it went up but canceled that order a few days ago because I figured there wouldn't be any problem getting it from Amazon

Not really, happened with Digimon, The Witcher 3 collectors edition, SFV, and bloodborne in my recent memory.

Nope...Birthright is supposedly easier and Conquest is supposedly harder.

Birthright is more like awakening and better for new players. Conquest is more difficult and for series vets.

Just got my shipping notice, so that's good. Also, I'm funny enough in the opposite position of several previous posters who mentioned the Mega Man Collection shipped for them, as I'm still waiting on that one to move. Still, as I'm probably not going to play that for a bit and there were no emails proclaiming month long delays, I'm not terribly worried about my copy of Gold Mega Man Amiibo that also happens to come with a game.

Same, though I changed my shipping speed around 8:30AM EST. Not sure how they're processing all the orders, but seeing all the ones that have shipped has me worried.

After 8pm. UPS usually cuts off shipment by then.

Meaning, it doesnt matter if UPS ships your item at 9am, or at 6pm. Orders all get packed into 1 day of delivery.

Amazon CS got back to me saying they ran out of stock. They did upgrade my shipping from two day to one day which is kinda funny since I probably wont receive it for another month or so (if at all).

Picked mine up at BB just now. The clerk said mine was the only one that came in, he said he has been getting tons of calls about it.

For those of you who ordered online, why? It's much more reliable with in-store pickup. Unless you don't have a BB nearby, I guess.

I don't have a Best Buy nearby. Regardless, if Best Buy offers shipping they should deliver on it. In this day and age if you can't properly process online orders I wouldn't expect you will survive too long.

Not really. You should have received it on release day. Not to mention there is likely to be some that won't receive their copy. Regardless of what happens, I can't say I'm pleased.

Curious when you guys placed your order? Mine was on Nov 12th and this morning the delivery date was pending.

Nov 12th, but at the time I ordered it I used free shipping. No clue if that actually helped or just got lucky.

I called CS as a safety precaution and they said it's guaranteed to come by the 23rd and they wouldn't put something in the preparing for shipping stage if they didn't have it. I asked if that meant it'll be shipped today, and was simply reassured it would arrive by the 23rd, lol.

I really hope it ships soon so I can stop stressing about it x_X

The "upside" is that we will probably get an email in a few days offering some store credit. At least they did that when they shipped the Smash bundles late.

I set it up for text alerts. I got the alert nearly 20 mins before my email showed up.

Those stickers peel very easily though without damage, especially if they're recently applied.

Best Buy's stickers are the easiest of any to remove. There was one on my Smash 4 controller bundle and I removed it without any damage.

True, it is easy to take the sticker out. Still, I noticed pixels of paint from the box missing and ended up on the sticky side. Sure, I may be nitpicking about this but the same BB before held a game in a cardboard box but was housed in a case with the sticker on it.

Oh well, at least I got it. Feel bad for the ones that had their LE sold when it was a preorder.

Shipped with a tracking number here as well. In the end, the main issue for me is that they didn't manage release day delivery on this one like they pleasantly surprised me with on a couple other pre-orders.

Unfortunately, that's not always possible. I also try to place multiple pre-orders as a backup but this one I couldn't. Hopefully, I'll just have to wait a little longer, but it really shouldn't be this difficult to get a preorder.

You get these keychains if you preordered them from Gamestop. Funny thing I learn about these keychains, when you scanned the barcode on them in the stores computer, it goes for $1000. I guess Gamestop don't want any shenanigans happening with their employees for these keychains.
