I'm playing The Division open beta and I'm sad I couldn't get my character to look the same as I had in the closed beta. That guy was straight fire. Totally making my character look like him in the full game.

I first saw the pics on GAF and thought it was just going to be like a campaign only at like one Flagship store in Tokyo maximum for like two weeks. I can't believe it's legit the new global campaign in 2016.

I love the day I trolled a MGS fan who was shitting on some games people liked at college and threatened to stabbed me on the eye with a plastic spoon.
It was an obvious troll and it went like: "Kojima writing is on par with M. Night Shamalayan and is convoluted trash like Kingdoms Hearts."
I think that's one of my biggest life achievements.
You're not wrong about the Kingdom Hearts comparison. Both stories are dumb fun that take themselves way too seriously. It kinda adds to their charm though.

This. I could see why they'd want do it during the XIII-2/Returns era, but why wait until she's faded into irrelevance?
Square Enix, sure. Louis Vuitton though? Unless Square threw bucket loads of money at them (but then see the above sentence), I have no idea why they'd agree to it. Maybe because it's weird and novel and brings them attention that they'd otherwise not get had they gone with a regular model?

Nothing too exciting. Well, come to think of it I read a book called What Belongs To You by Garth Greenwell that I really enjoyed, which is only the second in the "gay literary fiction" genre (after Call Me By Your Name which was well-written but has this May-December thing that vaguely creeps me out) that I've actually read. I thought it was great, and I happened to see that the author was doing a reading at the university I went to, which was fun. I got my copy signed.
Oh, and I was just reading the last few pages of this thread with a bit of nostalgia.
It's a burden I've had to live with.

My Dragon's Dogma guy turned out to be really short compared to everyone else.
Really like your Inquisition characters, Down and Kater. Nice to see that I'm not the only one that spends so much time in the character creation menu.

Kojima likes to do weird things. That should be your default option to pick when going into MGO though, so you can still use the character.
