Sounds like Spidey.

I can't wait to see him in action and spouting quips everywhere. Hopefully he's quippy that cause the "hey everyone" didn't sound confident.
He's got animated eyes, web cartridges, and he just punk'd Captain America. There's no way he won't quip. Probably not as much as his solo because it's a pretty heavy movie thematically, but him and Ant-Man together is going to be great.

Holy shit the spidey suit looks terrible. I'm usually not one to notice CGI at all in movies, but wow it basically looks like a cartoon. Also, I'm not a fan of the voice; they made him out to be too young IMO.

Spidey's eyes need a scientific explanation yet nobody is demanding a scientific explanation for this

Downey's performance is so on point ( as always, natch) that no one cares.

This is how I feel about it as well.

Probably doesn't hurt that Spider-Man will likely be the only character who sees how fucking stupid this all is. I can kinda see him noticing Zemo in the background and trying to point it out while everyone fights.

SPIDER-MAN: Hey Tony... Cap... guy with the stupid wings... who's that guy in the distance staring at us holding a sword and laughing?

Yeah, but the lighting is flat as fuck.

yeah no doubt. there's a night and day difference between how this trailer looks and suicide squad for example (I would say batman v superman's daytime scenes too). visually they are so much more appealing.

the lighting in these civil war trailers looks extremely flat. still i'm definitely looking forward to this. especially after seeing the directors handle captain america/widow in the last film. the stuff they'll do with spiderman and black panther should be tight.

Did you see the hi-res image? YouTube compression makes the suit look bad.

It's like a lucky tech-savvy high schooler walking into a room to meet Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and his other idols

A sheepish oh wow this is actually happening. Uh, I should probably say something kind of "Hey everyone"

And you can bet Scott will probably make a comment

I really want to see their justification for this

Of everything that's been shown, this scene looks so fucking lame and awful. I think it's because mostly everything around them seems intact, and they decided to meet in such a location for who knows what reason. And even if the reason was one that was good enough, this just looks so stupid.

I think my judgment is a bit fucked since I have in my head this idea that Civil War in the Avengers is some shattering event that really fucks up the heroes, something on a grand scale, yet here they are in an airport about to collide. Bleh. I'm doing a terrible job explaining my feelings, but just know that this scene can suck it.

It's weird that he's the one making bad decisions... yet he's the one that's like Steve, you need to be held accountable for this and I'm going to be the one to do it. Comes across as a hypocrite... but it makes sense because this kind of thing happens.

Stark is that dude that keeps on fucking up but tells the rest of the group they need to improve.

I'm anticipating the inevitable Spider and Ant joke in the movie.

So you haven't heard the context for the scene, but have already decided that any potential context is to be discarded.

Considering how dynamic the other scenes from fight sequences seem, that shot comes across as ridiculous cliche and flat. It's awful.

There's no context that can save the fact that the mere framing of that scene is so ham-fisted and cliche that it's laughable.

This will be a comic book movie where I'm more excited about the character development, story and dialogue than the action. I hope they dedicate a good amount of screen time to introducing Black Panther and his motivations since he hasn't even been introduced in the MCU yet. Don't just casually toss him into a superhero battle, make us care about him.

Hahahaha!

"Hey everyone"

what

is that the best this Spidey can do?

I love that line.

The world's mightiest heroes are fighting in front of a teenager so it's not like he's going to drop a badass line or some awesome quick. He awkwardly said hello to the heroes he's about to fight. It's a perfectly dumb line.

There are daytime scenes in the Batman v Superman trailers?

Yea, I think this is it. Most of the other scenes or the way the trailer is framed are much better, but this one falls flat and looks ridiculous. Like something that's supposed to appeal to small children and have some "wow" factor, but that same effect can be achieved if the shot was framed differently or in a different locale.

Fuck.
