I'm gaggin honestly

Tracer, Widow, Soldier, Mercy, Lucio, Reaper, Reinhardt are my faves so far.

They're all so much fun to play but so different slay

Entire team defending capture point with 0 seconds left, enemy Junkrat presses ultimate button, kills team, they cap it in overtime, play of the game.

Repeat every 15 minutes.

Your team sucked, sorry. You can hear that things from a mile away and can also shoot it.

That's not how you play a rocket based class in like any game ever !! You almost never rely on direct hits and splash damage should be your game anything else and you are doing it wrong really.

This isn't a game aiming for realism, but balance...in which case the slower RoF harder to pull off ability absolutely should get more damage especially on headshots than one that isn't. There is a reason why you'd get headshot damage with an arrow but not with a rocket...because one is easier to hit than the other.

Guess you never played quake then. You used to be able to actually have accuracy with a rocket launcher

A rocket is already slow enough at range that it can be dodged, it gives you the benefit that you lose accuracy because of travel time. in close you can't dodge a rocket but the tradeoff is the person firing the rocket also has to damage themselves with the splash (it's a cost/benefit analysis, can I take the splash and live or do I have to back up).

God is real bro servers back up PS4

Mcree gives me the most trouble, that stun is ridiculous.

Huh i totally forgot about the stun

at first i was like "good luck hitting her with your weapon" but then remembered "oh right, basically an instant stun"

not bad,will remember

Anybody who preordered thru Amazon check your email, they just sent me a third code about a half hour ago.

I love Tracer and I feel like I'm pretty good with her but god damn is she annoying as hell to play against

First game with Pharah absolutely annihilated with her, people don't play her enough she counters alot of heroes people have been complaining about.

Who counters Tracer?

To be fair, anyone can due to her really low health and her need to be up close to be effective...which is why I think despite potential she won't see much growth in competitive scene. Since she needs to be up close and keep shooting for a bit to kill which means she will always end up taking damage from someone while engaging in combat since it's hard to have isolated 1 vs 1 battles often in this game.

Then there is the fact that her abilities only go two ways, forwards and reverse....if it's reverse it's easy to trace. A bit more difficult and confusing if it's forwards but the only thing to keep in mind is that a Tracer player will use forward dash to get behind you so stepping back or turning back is usually a good idea. And tank like Reinhardt can just kill her in seconds despite her annoyance since she needs to be close and if she is close then all you need to manage is one hit with a tank and she'll either be dead or near death.

Scout from TF2 is similar in that he needs to be up close to kill while having the lowest health BUT scout outpaces any class in TF2 by a considerable margin, has double/triple jump and his main weapon is a high damage scattergun....Tracer lacks all of those !! She can get in quick but can't get out as easily, she can't jump in take two shots and jump out because her weapon is a submachine gun and not a shotgun.

Does this game have Legacy Sticks on console? If it's not named Legacy, it'll be

Left stick: turn left/right and move back/forth

right stick: strafe left/right and look up and down

Boost jump + hover and supermove = clear out any congested area full of classes people complain about.

huh? her rewind lets her get out easily unless its a symmetra or junkrat trap or mccree stun.

technically everyone can counter a bad tracer but a good tracer is hard countered by certain heros.

Yes I have played quake and even in quake you had to rely on splash damage.
You will miss a lot otherwise and in a game where you want any hit you can possibly take that's not good. And why are we even discussing close range? The self splash damage in this game is so low that I don't even thing of it.

Have you played TF2? Huntsman could kill a heavy in one shot but a soldier's rockets couldn't and that was balance that is proven.

Tracer can use her Blink either left or right as well

It'll let you get out easily only if you are running in a straight line...any good tracer player would strafe and circle around a target in which case you won't actually get out of the battle even if you use a rewind.

Next time you use the rewind mid fight try to see if you end up outside of the fight or just around the enemy.

Alright that makes it better then.
I personally believe blink is a better choice to "get out" than rewind...which is more about confusing enemies than "getting out" and I am pretty sure most think that it's the other way around.

Did they massively buff Mercy's Guardian Left-Shift move ability? It seems to have greater range, greater accuracy, AND a much lower cooldown. Love it.
