I'm legit scared. Because I feel when the majority of people get in the booth and have the names in front of them, they'll go Trump.
This is a real possibility to a certain extent ... The "fuck it" vote per se.

I still like to think that the huge number of groups he has insulted will keep that from happening, but who the fuck knows...

It was right in front of us all along

There are people burning Trump in effigy and starting protests because his hatred of anyone not white knows no bounds.

Quit daydreaming in whitey world.

He's going to lose. And he's going to mobilize enough people voting against him that other republican candidates are going to lose as well.

I'm glad. He always seemed the absolute worst to me, which coupled with Fiorina was just a horrid ticket. So does that mean it's all but guaranteed for Trump? No more GOP establishment shenanigans or moves left to play?

Poor Cruz. Called a fish monster and had to drop out of the race. Here I was hoping he'd make it to the convention just to fall flat on his face there. Also means my dreams for a brokered convention are dead. Really wanted to see the GOP tear itself apart.

That's a good zoom/loop.

Gif'd it for you:

Can't wait for the VicBerger rendition.

As a Republican, this is the endof the GOP as far as I'm concerned. I, along with many people who feel unrepresented by the Republican Party, will not vote for Trump. He is going to be crushed in the general.

Now I have to decide if I hold my nose and vote for Clinton or just vote for Gary Johnson.

And nothing changes. It would have happened sooner or later. I never even questioned against the fact that it will be Trump and Hillary in the end.

These are simply motions that must be gone through.

People are criticising Ted Cruz, but I think he's brilliant, he saw the inevitable future and so brought Carly Fiorina onboard just in time for her to do what she excels at, to layoff every member of his campaign

G.W. pissed off the left so much that we ended up electing a black president, and then Obama pissed off the racists so much that we're going to have Trump. It's going to be a long 8 years.

Tonight was the beginning of Ted Cruz's descent to a talk radio host saying things like, "Well, when I was in the United States Senate, let me tell you..."

Lol no. I want someone to tell me how a Republican does better than Romney when Romney got a record percentage of white voters and the percentage of white voters decreases every election.

The GOP only wins if 1) they smash Romney's record with white voters (super unlikely) or 2) they do better with minorities (hahahahahahahahah)

Wow

I would never in a thousand years thought Donald Trump would become presumptive nominee before Hillary Clinton would

We progressives aren't used to winning national elections anway -- so I for one is extremely pleased Sanders has gotten this far

No offense, but I really don't see how Trump does not represent the GOP. What about him do you find unrepresentative of your party? The only thing about him that strikes me as "unrepublican" is that he's not religious at all.
