I'm not at all, as an 8.8 is pretty damn good. I'm not a fan of IGNs new policy though. I think it will lead to a lot of "corrections" (to avoid backlash) that can easily be lumped under "had new information".
 
These reviews are outstanding. Sounds like at the very least I'm going to enjoy this game a hell of a lot more than TLOU and UC3.

Currently 94 on Metacritic with 62 reviews, if this score maintains it'll be the third highest rated PS4 title behind GTA V (97) and The Last of Us Remastered (95).
 
Sony must be treating ND staffs like 1st class and having special treatment for Neil and Bruce after TLoU and UC4 huge success. Gotta keep your superstar happy :)
 
Any reviews in particular that are worth it to watch/read ?

Now I can't read german, but I mean yeah - that could easily be a fair complaint? If they feel that ND doesn't utilize all this extra space sufficiently and it'd be better suited as a tighter, more linear experience - then of course it retracts from the score.

That doesn't at all seem to be the general trend amongst reviewers however.

I wonder if any one will try or has tried to poach them from Sony. I would pay whatever it took to keep them. They have something special going.
 
I doubt the ign score changes. If it does i can only see it dropping due to something like broke servers as Lucy already talks about mp based on the beta and I don't think any of the added modes and maps in the final version will change that as she was pretty middle of the road on the mp.
 
Hmm... Definitely a couple points lower meta than I expected. On its face, the difference is negligible, but on the 7-10 scale it might actually be significant. Well, I guess we'll know soon if/how much the quality has dropped.

Seriously.

A lot of people are trying to act like we have a repeat of the Uncharted 3 thread (which they are probably expecting)

We had like 5 posts complaining about the scores and not a single meltdown (not counting noobie but that's from the other side)

I don't understand the witch hunt.

Yeah, Neil and Bruce are a great team. One handle story, another takes care gameplay. I would be disappointed if any of them left ND. Wish ND had more team leader for 2nd production team
