Yup, skyward sword's reveal showed wayyy to much for my liking.This. To compensate their idiotic E3 move, this might equal their ,,overview"-trailers before a game's release, which spoil way too much content and surprises.
If the game is going to be huge, i don't think they can actually show too much. Unless the event is like two hours or so. If they just show some of the game world, some combat, a quest or two, some new features.....it should be fine.
They're going to have a trailer and a day's worth of demo and footage. My guess is we'll get Intro + overworld exploration + first dungeon (or an 'easier' version of it) + boss fight (the latter 3 being demo choices). Puzzle solutions, item reveals, and an entire boss fight all revealed - not really what I want to see. I play zelda to figure out puzzle solutions, boss fights, and to guess what item i'm going to get based on perceived puzzle solutions. Always exciting to have the whole dungeon 'click' once you get the item, something that will be spoiled the more items I know about.
