This was pretty good.

The team that only recently lost two games in a row for the first time in two years is going to lose 4 games in a row? There's probably a reason why ESPN BPI gives them a 15% chance and 538 gives them a 20 something percent chance.

BPI is bullshit. Recall the last two Thunder series. BPI was consistently wrong game to game.

As someone who doesn't care about the NBA unless Steve Nash or the Raptors are winning, watching the scorelines for these Finals games has been a treat. Ridiculous. LOL.

It's amazing how the pendulum swings. GSW blow out the Cavs for the first 2 games and it's sweep talk. Cavs serve up a blowout of their own and suddenly they have figured out the Warriors.

Fucking Finals brings out the over reaction crowd like none other.

OR he is simply pointing out that in order for the Cavs to win or have a chance, the series can't go to a game 7 in GS.

It's not an overreaction. Pretty accurate. Be it OKC, had it been the Spurs, or the Cavs. I don't think any team is beating GS in game 7 in Oakland.

what are the odds that Lebron's jumper sticks around for the remainder of the series?

i think if he has space he can knock them down. I think its a great strategy just dumping it inside to him was not working. but he can beat guys like iggy off the dribble and kick that way.

As expected people are running wild with these predictions. Cavs have been undefeated at home these playoffs and setting record breaking margins and 3FG records in the process. They are alot better at home.

People poked at me when I said GS was just holding homecourt in G1/2 but this is exactly how the Toronto series happened. Blowouts at home, getting blown out on the road. The GS starters outside of Green have mostly been outplayed and the bench couldn't give them the same boost on the road.

Game 4 will be interesting, I had wrote the Cavs off after G2 but they are looking how I originally expected them to at home.

Was sure that the Cavs will win the first game at home, but was expecting it to be a close one. Suprising result, haven't seen the game yet myself. Still believe that GS will bounce back and take game 4.

But about that unanimous MVP:

Game 1: 11 points, 6 assists
Game 2: 18/4
Game 3: 19/3

Also 15 turnovers in 3 games. I know GS had an incredible season and one could debate on and on about the quality of play in the league in general, but if you give a unanimous MVP for the first time ever for a player, you would think that one player would be so crucial to the teams success. And he isn't.

That team is stacked from top to bottom, and Thompson has been much, much better during these playoffs. Curry is a great player, but the hype has surpassed the talent long long time ago. When GS has to face a really good team repeatedly, Curry's consistency is nowhere near regular season levels.

Just because he is the regular reason MVP, does not mean he will be the finals. As of right now, he in no way should win it. Green has been the most solid player for GS by far.

Anyone know where to find a collection of individual player stats (both teams) for JUST the Finals only? I feel like this should be easy to find but I can't. All I can find is regular season / overall playoffs.

Thank you! I tried that site earlier earlier but couldn't find a way to break it down.

In our fantasy football league (based in CLE) the past 2 years we all draw a random player from either team in the Finals. Total leader in combined points, rebounds and assists gets the #1 pick, 2nd best gets #2 pick and so on. Kind of a cool, different way to do draft position. Until you're a Cavs fan stuck with Steph, Klay or Draymond lol.

As the commish, this site will make it so much easier on me to keep track.

believe in Love

he's taking at least 10 shots minimum and LeBron will help give him the ball
he doesn't want to look like an idiot for trading Wiggins for Love

Fun if you're a Warriors hater, which you are.

Get real. Curry isn't playing bad because of no damn shoes.

What?!? I'm arguably the biggest Warrior fan in here. I've been a fan since day 1.

Also, I recommend that you continue taking everything in this thread very seriously.

Steph is the Peyton Manning of basketball

Basketball shoes are in a sad state of affairs right now. Never been a fan of Currys, and yet somehow they're outselling everyone. Durants are trash, Lebrons are trash, etc.

Have to say the Kyrie PE that he wore last night wasn't bad though.
