I`d rather have 8 dungeons of the length of older games. I prefer variety.

I'm calling that there are four legendary items, on at the end of each massive dungeon, so it'll feel like a real reward.

Master Sword - doesn't degrade
Legendary Shield - doesn't degrade.
Legendary Bow - doesn't degrade.

Hero's Green Tunic? - Best armour? (Maybe the 4th will just be the lead up to Ganon.)

Uh... Am I the only one that is incredibly underwhelmed by what has been shown so far? :( not only does it look like a GameCube game, it seems to have the gameplay of a 5+ year old game to boot. Why are we supposed to be impressed by an incredibly sparse open world, ultra simplistic crafting systems that have been present in other games for literally decades, the same old combat, simplistic world interactions and a stealth meter that wouldn't have been very impressive in Wind Waker let alone a Wii U/NX game...

Technically the game also looks extremely poor with horrible low rest textures, barely any geometry, last gen animations, barely any lighting effects to speak of and what looks to be a dire frame rate... I can only hope these will massively improve over time and on the NX, although considering the amount of time this has been in gestation I find it hard to see it as anything other than a bad sign generally.

I don't doubt it will be a Good Game(tm) but I can't help but feel this is just no where near good enough for greatness and I really can't believe this is their entire E3..
Judging by other people's response, er.. yes.

I'm surprised you didn't go all the way and call it an N64 game.

My god this pokemon stuff is boring, I think I'm just going to skip forward a bit.
Must have been brutal while you guys were watching this live after that zelda trailer.

every zelda you just have to pause to change items to solve 1 puzzle and continue, item management is not new

yeah, but it still looks a lot more frequent in this game, and even more intrusive because you need to keep using the inventory to keep picking things up, which was not the case in other zelda games

I feel like the Sheika Slate is obviously modeled after the Game Pad, but there are no touch screen features. My guess is that there used to be, but they were cut due to NX compatibility

BAHAHAHA HOLY SHIT! Okay that's pretty cool. Using the magnet like a gravity gun on dropped weapons and then attacking enemies with it.
