This was answered earlier in the thread. Apparently the game just got Korean localization which is boosting sales. English localization is coming in a few months as well.

DEV: It's through Humble Store, but our plan is for Humble Store to also have Steam activation.

Nah, for Little King's Story, it's another matter. The original game was released on Wii. Developped by CING (RIP :""""( ) and published by Marvelous, who owns the IP. Konami published a Vita remake/retold of the original. Now, XSeed, who's owned by Marvelous, who owns LKS, is bringing it to PC.

I don't know if I'm missing something but Blood and Wine seems much harder than the rest of Witcher 3 in terms of combat =/
I've been playing through W3 on easy cos I hate the combat (incoming flames) and had no trouble but now I've been dying in quite a number of encounters for this expansion despite being of appropriate level =/

They said a lot of stuff would be done by December, we're only just now getting it.
The balance in the game is all types of screwed up because they keep working on things that isn't the unreleased perks. They added a system called 'Resistances' which makes certain enemies resistance to certain perks. One big example is the Flamethrower class, it's job has always been to kill off all the tiny crawler zombies or weaker zombies, but now those crawlers take practically no damage from fire because it's now 'resistant'.
They added a L4D style PvP mode that no one expected, wanted or asked for, instead of the unreleased perks.
They also apparently started development on RO3 and that's got the fanbase pissed off because KF2 was 'early access done right' yet all this nonsense has happened.
This was true for the first expansion as well - some fights were a real PITA to beat.
I don't think anything ended up getting removed.
Oh that's good if so. I'm gonna buy the DLC during Steam sales and complete the game, so that I am ready for Mafia which I already paid off.

Yeah kinda. I died a few times in Black n Wine, very rarely happen in my vanilla game. I'm on NG+ though.
They need to port FF XII and XV first. Maybe they'll start porting their other games starting fall or winter next year.
