I think that's just him showing how much of a joke Capcom's network security is... and having seen some other things in regards to how CFN works, he could probably do far more malicious things. At least he has the courtesy to give winners their points.
IIRC, that was in reference to lines for Evo matches being available on Vegas sportsbooks. Part of me thinks it's smart to not allow it as there's far more money in gambling than in e-sports right now... but at the same time I don't think it will matter at all since online books will probably have lines up anyway.

Yeah, Wiz can't control the sports books putting lines on EVO. You can pretty much bet on anything there.
That's a bummer. It's absolutely 1000% the right thing to do due to possible match fixing, but still a bummer.

You can but it will be illegal. The only way betting online is legal is if you are a resident of the state of Nevada then go to a sportsbook and open an personal account. Then you can bet online with that account. The account basically states that you live in that state. However you don't so for you to bet you would have to do it in person.
I hope Vegas sportsbook do have lines for EVO. It kind of legitimize fighting games as a sport.
