Escape! Lvl 30 boss lol

oh damn i didn't plug in my headphones so i clicked the back arrow when i thought i would have to listen to nearly an hour of JP anime shit. that said, the animation of the AI looks stiff AF!

Just noticed the buttons keep changing throughout the video. Is this a mix of PS4 and Xbone footage or just more PC build stuff?

Watched the first 25 minutes so far and I'm loving this game, and hating Square for not releasing it yet. I want to play it naw naw NAW

feedback is good but the initial walking animation clips through the stone on the ground and i think the sword does too.

here there's no feedback on the sword hit but the particle effects look nice

There's going to be some model clipping no matter what, but I'm glad you're pointing it out when they made a big deal of showing off how their engine is too sophisticated to do that kind of stuff.

I'm trying real strong to reember the last time i was hyped by that game to find a reason to buy it. I think it was one of the first trailers with the amazing counter light red factory. The art direction and mood can be incredible.

In that vid ? Flat light, horrible iq, sega saturn pixel grid transparency (it's called dithering right ?), vegetation LODs are screaming "kill me please". This is so sad...

I don't really understand the hate the game is getting.
The buzz for something that's been teased for too long always, always turns negative. It's the job of marketing to avoid this sort of mess, and why games should be revealed six months from release at most, IMO.

The footage makes it look like that the game is about doing random errands for this guy and that guy to progress the story, and those errands aren't exactly very exciting. It almost feels like FF13-2 structure, I don't have any hope for a decent story structure. You just complete random errands that unlock story events, pretty much without any finesse or attempts at trying to mask it even. I'm not sure we will be seeing proper dungeons and such in this, eh meh whatever.

Well this footage restored a ton of confidence in the game for me. There are issues certainly with IQ and framerates but 2 solid months of nothing but polish can go a long way. Especially with a team the size of FFXV.

Idk I think this game may actually deliver

noctis does a cartwheel for no reason into his teammate (who seems to be trying to walk into gale force wind based on the fact that he's having trouble moving forward)--also the edge of his foot seems to slide effortlessly through the rock on the ground. the animation load on the guy furthest in the background messes up and he doesn't abort his attack when the enemy dies so the animation fires off on an already dead enemy.

OMFG, so everyone actually has alternative outfits that are unique in not just colour but design.

That's one major issue I had with the game crossed off the list. Yay :D

Could the rumor be false afterall? There was no ifrit, and it also claims everyone also wears black which is far from the truth.

I'm not sure why the cut the video like that. There was some interesting bits like running across the Iron Giant but if the idea was to cut down on the travel time between areas, then all they did was make the game look like a series of inconsequential "kill x rats" fetch quests.
