To be fair, that's Montana using the Shocker suit (the guys behind Spectacular just decided to blend two characters into one). It's different from how Shocker was interpreted in the comics & the MCU (since, again, Spectacular gave the suit to someone else), but I honestly prefer it.

That said, adapting the Shocker suit was gonna be hard to do accurately, & I actually like the route that Marvel & Sony decided to go with. I would have liked to see a little more red, but that's me nit-picking.

I don't follow comics at all and generally don't care at all about superheroes in any form of media, yet I knew who it was. This dude is far from obscure.

I read Spiderman my whole childhood and I know the origin stories of all the major villains and if I was ever exposed to Shocker then I forgot him.

He's objectively obscure.

But in one fell swoop, I love him.
