No last minute spec bumps? I'm positively flabbergasted.
Maybe they will update the firmware for more power

310W o_o
PS4 is about 140w while gaming for comparison.
802.11ac FINALLY! That and a confirmation of 60fps lock is good enough for me.
So no native 4K gaming and no support for 4K blu rays? Why the hell even focus on 4K tv's so much?
Og is ss1 trunks ps4 pro is ss2 trunks. Not as powerful as ss2 Gohan but the potential is there.
I cannot imagine how how hot and big the Scorpio will be.
It seems AMD still have not fixed their problem of having hot chips.
edit: This might be a typo. I hope so.
That seems...underwhelming, I guess. Was hoping for higher, but that hope wasn't based on any real news.
So of it's not native, and a 4K TV is upscaling the image anyway, what advantages does the Pro offer over a regular PS4 when it comes to 4K?
Damn that power consumption is pretty big for a console. Its nowhere near high end gaming PC's but still.
Wait does the Pro not have an Optical port either?!
Seems like kind of a waste. The spec bump isn't that huge, and no 4k blu.
ThisDoes it at least have SATA III?
If it has a Zen CPU it well worth it a console capable of 1080/60 in 90% of games.
From the previous leaks, there was a higher spec version being considered along with what we're getting here, but it was probably axed due to being too pricey.
That $399 price-tag seems to a noose for a supposedly premium device.
Sure they will. In a year.
If MS launches at $399, then Sony just drops the price. Xbox can't afford to follow suit after a PS4P price drop. PS2 vs Xbox all over again
One year later.... easily.
This thing just gets worse and worse.
That PSU is more than original PS3 phatt right?
lol 310 watts. what are you doing Sony? thats more twice as much as the PS4.

This is not the 4K machine you are looking for.
It's always been the same. Your expectations just kept getting worse and worse![]()
No that had a 380W rated PSU and used ~210W max with full fat PS2 BC.
