The fact that this is such an improvement from the Gamescom demo is what makes it hard for me to believe this footage is base PS4. I hope it is, but I doubt it.

Ofcourse it's just trailer implication. First impression of Stella and Luna are shown quite differently based entirely on what S-E and the directors decided to show first and that's entirely on S-E/Tabata. And then I said that Stella fans hoping for that kind of "potential" heroine type in that old trailer called scenes like this as one of their potential concerns that Tabata would have to prove them wrong about for Luna when Tabata decided to say she'd be "strong willed."
Stella could have ended up shit too ofcourse and Luna still might be good in the actual game when see all of her actions.

Tabata said they would fix far off vegetation in the distance before a Pro version was known. There's some very notable jaggies in the trailer which is the opposite of the Pro version impressions people got to see behind closed doors.

My only wish for the story is for it to be absolutely crazy and full of twists

So let me get this straight.....this TGS trailer is not the Pro version, correct?
Its gonna look even better?
None. That system is coming later next year. Why would they be working on that version when they're already busy with the current versions and Pro version.

On a more serious note, they seem to be writing Noctis and Luna to have rise and face adversity arcs. Circumstances lay em low, but they have to get back on their feet and save the world anyway.

lol, I think Luna's just carrying the weight of a lot of expectations, so everyone's paying close attention to her and wanting her to be a capable character. Not only because she's Stella's successor but because she's THE female character of a game with no permanent female playables.
