A very large majority of keys being sold right now are through an Amazon glitch in which you "purchase" (using a CC card generator) a graphics card that goes through the promotion and you are instantly sent the key to your email before money is even withdrawn.

Whether or not NVIDIA is going to do nothing or go through the whole revoke process is a question, but I would not recommend buying any keys right now.

I highly doubt that Nvidia is going revoke the keys.

Got mine for 20. Feels good. I doubt there's gonna be that many in circulation, but once these guys sell out - it'll be that for that. Still a bang up deal while its happening.

If the code is revoked from NVIDIA and if you bought off of eBay, then open a dispute.

Mine isn't letting me preload. Hmmm

Because preload isn't available yet.

Filled out the form, took him 40 minutes to get back to me with his PayPal address (just paid him) but that's probably because he's swamped with orders at the moment.

Edit - he immediately sent me the code after paying him. Redeemed on the website just fine!

You have always been able to pre-order a game from Amazon, wait for the email with the promotional code, register the code for your pre-order bonuses, and then cancel the pre-order. It has been like this for many years. Nobody has ever cared or ever will.

I'm not talking about pre-ordering a game, I'm talking about buying a graphics card but feel free to continue not to pay attention before you reply.

1) use CC number generator
2) "purchase" a GPU with the number
3) code is emailed immediately as per the promotion
4) card is never charged as it isn't real, key is kept (if nvidia does nothing about them)

Amazon checks if a credit card is valid and can be authorized for the order amount before you can complete an order.

Wow the Nvidia site is awful. I'm glad I went back and checked it. I probably did the redeem process 8 times before it finally took me through to the end to actually redeem it.

Amazon doesn't authorize at order completion but instead minutes afterwards.

The code is sent instantly like pre-order codes, but these codes are meant to be sent after shipment (usually it works like this when it's not broken in this case).

I like how there is no record of you redeeming it anywhere on your microsoft acc, it's just there in your store page and an email from nvidia.

Are there any Canadian sellers?

I have the physical game preordered from amazon for $50, but being able to play it at midnight is so so tempting...

Damn, I bought my code too early and it looks like it was from someone who did the Amazon thing anyway since my code was from an Amazon order ;p. For $5-10, it's worth the risk of getting revoked but I bought it for $35 before I knew this was even possible and could get scammed out of my copy....

Roommate just bought two for $5 in bitcoin. Hopefully this doesn't bite us in the ass later on.

Got an error with my code saying I have already redeemed this promotion all the way at end of the checkout where it asks for first name and last. Anyone know why. It's not under my library. Roommates code redeemed just fine.

i think they ran out of codes or stopped the error. can someone else confirm?

How could you tell it was from Amazon, does it say the source when redeeming or such?
If so I didn't notice, anyone know if you can tell afterwards?

I doubt they even cancel them but would be nice to have peace of mind if mine wasn't Amazon.

Hmmm...I wonder if there could be repercussions for your Xbox/Microsoft account if your keys are 'withdrawn'...
Well they are able to just revoke it from your account. There's no need to ban or whatnot especially since the game isn't even out yet.
