You need to talk to MS support. They should see the first preorder and the code redemption on your account. All they should need to do is give you your refund for the first preorder.

Got one for 5tf2 steam keys (worth about $12) on random reddit thread (only had the one), which is good by me, need to finally use up some of those things.
Is there anywhere you can go to see if you've successfully redeemed it, as I just want the peace of mind to see that I've "purchased" it correctly through the nvidia site.

Honestly? You'll likely win any dispute you make because digital codes aren't eligible for seller protection. It totally sucks for the seller though. eBay almost always favours the buyer.

Just ordered one from them. I bought it for Xbox because I don't have Windows 10 and it's telling my to redeem the code on NVIDA's site - when I go to redeem the code, will it ask the platform I want it on?
Just being super cautious, so if anyone could help that'd be great lol.
