It is similar to S I L E N C E: the opponents can cast their spell, but at most once (instead of Z E R O) during the duration of Time Dilation.

If the spell is on cooldown, then the opponent has to wait until Time Dilation ends. If the spell is available, it can be used at most once until Time Dilation ends.

Except that there is a patch. Alright...
 
Man 6.88e huh. 6.89 must still be a ways away...

There's definitely some patch fatigue for me settling in right now. Keep in mind that we even though we got 6.88 before TI, 6.88 was a relatively small, numbers only patch, as opposed to 6.87 which was one of those crazy big patches with new items like Bloodthorn, Echo Sabre, map changes and big meta-changing things like Mirana's Aghs upgrade.

On the other hand, I'm glad 6.88e is a patch that only has small/mid-sized, meaningful nerfs. There's definitely been a power creep factor in the years since I started playing, and nerfs across the board every so often help keep that in check.
 
Watch 6.89 come out for you shitlords and its just a dozen more nerfs, nothing else. But hey at least it's 6.89 amirite

The real question is will we ever actually see 7.0, or will we get a 6.991
 
my predictions

6 new items

new hero with arcana

new hero teaser hidden in the map found randomly by some ledditor

jakiro and venomancer is the meta cancer heroes

legion getting insane buffs to her ultimate, making it last 2 seconds more
 
I predict:
- Treant rework
- Necro back in the meta
- LD's bear levels up with him, so he won't be total ass late game
- Centaur int growth buff
- WK, Balanar and Razor buffs
- Bane, Rubick and Lion will be the go-to supports
- Carry Silencer
 
techies' now has no levels he can spend on attributes, but now he can level up his spells more instead, making them scale more and giving him stats, like an invoker kinda

the buff techies deserve, do it isfrosk
 
* Diffusal Blade cooldown increased from 2 to 4
* Repel cast point improved from 0.5 to 0.35
* Repel duration reduced from 6/8/10/12 to 4/6/8/10

Net Omni buff. Icefrog will continue to buff him until the #RefusalToBuyDiffusal lessens significantly.

Also where is 6.89???
 
PA gonna be garbage until a rework. Blur is pointless when you can just be bursted down by spells. RNG damage isn't helpful either.

because of "Stifling Dagger cast range reduced from 1200 to 825/950/1075/1200", she is now garbage? Give me a break.
