I can and will complain about it right now. Because it really isn't difficult for Blizzard to issue some sort of official statement that there'll be something coming to PTR or post a reveal blog or something.
After about 2 months of waiting for this bullshit countdown to end, I expect something more substantial than a cryptic line about Bastion. Especially from a big corporation like Blizzard.
Calling this leading-on an "ARG" is disingenuous as well.

The ARG was fucking pointless because she was always going to be announced Blizzcon. Now, all they've done is guarantee that everyone is gonna be fucked off and not care about Blizzcon.

No use trying to poke around in game until the next patch (should be today's) goes live. Don't believe random rumors on the internet about glitches/websites and the like, at least not until we hit the specified version

"Comrpometida" can be used for "engaged" (as engaged to someone) or "compromised" .
The word "Unit" is feminine is Spanish thus "comprometida", there is no wedding talk here, it clearly means compromised in this context
Nope. Comprometida is the female version of the same word. Sombra says Unidad Bastion Comprometida. Unidad is a female word, so using the female form of compromised is correct.

if you are conjugating the verb comprometer then yes it will be comprometido.
Pc is the better version so buy that one.

PC, it's the main platform for this game anwyay and its cheaper. 40$ otherwise 60$ on console.
The only thing you believe about your post is that she will be announced at Blizzcon.

Personal preference. Consoles are getting all the same updates as PC and there should be a healthy player base on PS4 for a long while. Just get whichever you think you'll prefer or which has more of your friends playing.

Every single "clue" had absolutely no substance. It was basically a clue in Ana's video leading to "Now that I got your attention, wait for my next clue", which lead to "Wait for my next clue", which lead to "Wait for my next clue", which led to the forum countdown, which led to the amomentincrime countdown, which lead to absolutely nothing.

and what do you think the word "comprometida" is being conjugated from? It's the same word. "Unidad" is a feminine noun, so then "comprometer" is "comprometida" no matter what meaning it takes

They never said that. People expected it to be sombra that reactivated bastion but it never happened in the video.

Where are your friends playing, that's the only answer. This game is fun solo but it's so much more fun with people you can gel with.
It's great on PS4. As a shooter it's obviously going to play better on kb/m but there's absolutely nothing wrong with the PS4 version, matchmaking is super quick, they recently updated the analog stick aiming and it feels a lot better, the population isn't going anywhere anytime soon because this game has been a phenomenon everywhere on every platform. It's part of gaming culture now.
In short like I said, go where the friends are.

No they didn't. That was just an out of context remark from a map designer who basically said "there might or might not be anything about Sombra at Gamescom", which the community interpreted as "there's definitely 100% going to be something about Sombra at Gamescom".

The same can be said about comprometido. Comprometida IS a verb, I don't know where you're getting the insane idea that "comprometida" and "comprometido" are 100% different words.

It is an adjective, but it isn't only used for engagements, can also mean the exact same thing as comprometido. For fucks sake, I'm a native Spanish speaker, IT IS CORRECT.
Edit: In Spanish, the participle of a verb, like comprometido, can be used as adjectives, and are gendered in both cases, verb and adjective.

I would actually say the exact opposite. All we know about her is that she might(!) have some stealth mechanic, and what she might look like (if that leak was real).
We don't know anything about her kit, role, class, gameplay, whatever. Barely anything about her lore.
No, that absolutely is nothing. Countdown to way longer countdown can't end in more cryptic ARG nonsense. You can't do that, unless you have zero understanding of the expectations your fans will have.
If they wanted to put more stupid ARG clues out there, they should have done that before, or during the latest countdown to keep people interested along the way.

the thing that pisses me off about this the most isn't that they're taking so long with this countdown, it's the precedent that this is going to be how long the gaps are in between new content
the game is full priced (on console), they said from the start all post-launch content would be free, they're a huge company with tons of resources, make bank on micro-transactions for the game and so far it's almost the end of the year and all they have to show for it is 1 new hero and 1 new map.
