PS4 Pro boxes getting prepped

As per the advice of a poster here, I think I'll go with the method of backing up my current PS4's files to the external drive I use for my Xbox One. I think it's 2TB, same as my PS4's drive, but if it's only 1 TB I can delete some games for space. I just want to be able to do a full transfer of my settings, folder arrangements, PT, etc.

Is there a step-by-step guide I could follow? It's probably easy enough to figure out on my own, but I'd prefer not making mistakes.

Also, will Xbox One have my saves stored online by default? I don't mind reinstalling XB1 games saved on the external drive, I just want to make sure the saves have been backed up before wiping the drive.

Preordered it day 1, because I generally care about graphics and also finally bought a new 4k Tv (sony XD 8005).
Just booted The last of us to see what HDR can do and jesus christ it looks fantastic. Iam not an in depth graphic expert but jesus christ it is a noticable difference.
That + 4k or downsampled 1080p as standard should be amazing!

I dont have a preorder. Seems it be widly available.

Hopefully we get lots of good info before release and i can make an informed buying decision, so that buyers remorse isnt a worry.

If you have Infamous Second Son or First Light, try that. They just got HDR patches.

Imo they look even better than TLOU implementation, just fantastic.

If it's just a shiny logo then the person that took the pic is a big jerk because they clearly stood in the exact spot to catch a reflection and deceive us.
 
The PS logo would be perfect if it lit up...and even better if we could choose the color...

Just cancel your preorder and wait for reviews...personally, as a 1080p peasant I'm happy knowing I'll be getting even a slightly better experience...supersampling and such is more than enough for me to justify the upgrade...

If it's not for you, then wait for the inevitable DF comparisons and see what they have to say...

I think the Pro is going to sell well, but I don't think you're going to be looking at a situation where you won't be able to find one for months...

Thing is, nobody is mudslinging...when you go around making ridiculous claims about being "right" about all of these different things (when you weren't), and then want to selectively ignore all the times you were completely wrong, or said outlandish things like his theory about MS possibly using FP16 calculations to advertise Scorpio as a 6tf machine...you open yourself up to being called out and corrected...

Tru Dat! I love the bright ass muzzle flashes from the handguns from the enemies and your 6 shooter pistol gun. Those things are hella bright when you shoot them in dark areas.

im pretty sure its just a glossy reflection. The logo seems to just be reflective.

Who cares if OnQ was wrong on some stuff and right on others? That's the fun in speculating/hoping/predicting.

The only reason he has to keep repeating what he was right about, is because people like you keep calling him out/calling him a fraud/etc.

If you thinks he's annoying, just ignore the guy. What you're doing is just making threads worse for everybody, including yourself.

It's a feature that I hoped would be available for the light strip on the PS4 (and now the Pro). Being able to select your own colour would be a nice touch to personalize the device without altering it.
