COMICS! |OT| November 2016. Wilde for comics, 2 Hickman books this month.

This. I also liked x men evolution but I was in middle school so eh

When I read Evolution I thought of a completely different Evolution.

I really hope it's Netflix. You know why?

They already have a relationship with Disney. And if they get YJ they're gonna have a relationship with Greg Weisman. Why not bring back one of the greatest animated shows of all time?

This may be a pipe dream but you never know!
You don't want more gargoyles. Trust me.

The world is a dark and lonely place between Terry Moore projects...

So thank goodness the wait between the end of Rachel Rising and Motor Girl #1 wasn't a long one. Man, what a fabulous and flawless first issue.

There are writers that can produce immensely complicated and immersive worlds from the word "go," and others that can create believable characters in a single issue with obvious creative effort. Then there are those like Moore, who make it look easy. The characters of Motor Girl spring to life practically the first moment they walk onto the page. Sam especially is a lovely and wonderful character, but Mike is the perfect foil.

Can't wait to see what happens next.

I tried, but I found S1 boring as fuck and couldn't bring myself to continue
I'm sure the Inhuman books will get a relaunch.
I've been thinking more and more, and I think what'll happen is that one sect of Inhumans will feel that their best option is to leave Earth and try their hand at space, the others will remain on Earth

Two books. One by Soule.

I like Medusa more as she is on Earth but aside fromm her and Crystal, everyone else seems one note as fuck.

I disagree as far as the one-noteness goes, but I do think that there's too many and Soule having to deal with everyone, plus all of the IvX stuff and CW2 has caused a lot of the Inhuman-specific storylines to get bogged down and it's hard to focus on many of them.

Never posted ITT before.

Currently enjoying Surgeon X, Warlords of Appalachia, Reborn, All-Star Batman and Homies.

Also been reading Flintstones, current Judge Dredd series (and x Predator x Aliens), and current TMNT. Always Savage Dragon too.

Pretty hype for the Generation X come back next March, so long as it pulls it's weight.

Ok so what is going on with angel. I know he died and was reborn but is that the same one with the orange wings or do we have two angels?

I know I'm the only one who wants this, but I really want an Uncanny Avengers-esque (yes, I know the book is still ongoing) team book with just Inhumans and X-Men. I've basically been pondering this for awhile. I can think of plenty of Inhumans candidates, but other than Rachel Grey, there aren't too many X-Men that I'd want on it.

Welcome!

I enjoyed the first issue of Surgeon X but I haven't read the second issue yet.

Also happy that Generation X is coming back as long as there aren't any O5 members on the roster.

I was also enjoying TMNT until they started getting greedy with all the tie-in crap. IDW seems even worse than Marvel/DC with that stuff.

I don't know what I'm going to talk about here if Trump loses. Roman reigns isn't champ, Sombra is a weekish away...

I wish they still made comics.

I'll read Birthright vol 1.

Oh I think we can pretty much count on at least one O5er on Gen X. If the current team books are all done, all of those characters need homes.

I think IDW changed how they were doing the mini thing. They started a new book called TMNT Universe for the side stories to run alongside the main story in TMNT. They haven't started a new mini since Universe launched and I hope it stays that way.

Haven't checked out the new book yet but it's in my backlog. Surgeon X is in there too, glad to hear you both like it. Haven't seen much about it in the thread.

The O5 don't need homes they need to be gone. Or better yet dead.

The universe thing is almost as bad. It'all probably lead to more extra issues in the long run.
