So I am curious how much screentime Luna gets.
Is there a scene where Luna and Noctis are together casually? Like all I have seen is flashback when they were young, Luna making speech while Noctis is watching from the crowd, Luna holding unconscious Noctis after Levi battle, and the ending.

Maybe, but even then Nojima hasn't got dirt on Butch. Urobuchi actually knows how to set up story arcs and do proper twists that help contextualize the story instead of slapping the viewer.

So what are the general consensus from those who have played the game ?
If you want to mess with Inu, talk bad about Nomura or Hoshino.
Nojima knows how to write dialogue though. Butch only knows how to quote from better writers.
I just tell him Saber is a futa tbh.

Kingsglaive was just the Invasion of Insomnia that was cut from the game yeah.
Hm that's bad though. I liked the Kingsglaive plot as an introduction, but other people will be confused here and there. Should have been the begining and tutorial. Would have been perfect.

Actually not just that, The way you fight Ardyn is completely similar to the battle against Xemnas, fliying around, flashy slashes and all.
Final Fantasy VII did the same thing, but even more automated. There is an actual battle before that.
About Ardyn motivations the last story related part i saw was in Chapter 3 when he encourages the guys to obtain Astrals, and a brief Chapter 9 (?) appearance when he kills Luna.
There is so much still unseen i think it's still wrong to make assumptions on his motivations based on the ending.
Another thing i don't understand: there is a trophy for obtaining the Six summons including Ifrit. Yet he is on Ardyn's side, why and when does he switches sides?

I have no idea, that's the only instance of it I know.
After sleeping on it, I think there's only one thing I really dislike about the ending, or at least find it a missed opportunity: They should've shown some of the characters we meet on our journey with updated designs doing their thing in that montage showing the land at the end. But I can understand if it's just too much work to redesign and remodel everyone for a single scene.

The most confusing thing in this thread is that people are referring to "timeskip where everything is overgrown" as a "Titanic ending" when that's literally the ending to FFVII.
No, titanic ending is the part where Noctis and Luna are reunited in the Afterlife for ghost wedding.

Because at one point Noctis picks a photo that he chose to take with him prior to the ending. If you chose a particularly unflattering or weird photo, (the streamer picked a photo where Noctis did the Jojo pose), the scene can be unintentionally hilarious, removing all impact of the actual scene.
It can also be seen as Noctis remembering funny days with the guys. Noctis smiles when looking at that photo.
Anyway, what was shown in that photo the streamer chose?
I mean the real question should be who ISN'T a Titanic fan?

Well, during one of the final cutscenes there is a clear Coleman chair product placement.
