I'm nearing the end of Darkness 2, I'd recommend playing on Easy since a few enemies feel like bullet sponges on normal, though not THAT spongey.
It's overall pretty good and has NG+ so you can max out your abilities and try the game on higher difficulties if you want.

The concept is great but I think the game isn't balanced for that kind of difficulty so it becomes some sort of grind fest or else things take forever to kill, I still find it interesting but I'm not obsessed with it as much as some people seem to be (like grinding for armor and whatnot), I still say finish the dungeon because the last boss is pretty neat, just remember you can use those +strength or whatever charm items you probably never used to make things quicker and less frustrating.

edit: ooo I actually have a bitterblack isle lv3 weapon I never purified, I gifted it to your pawn =o
 
99.9% fake, but we had roster leaks in the past, so in that teeny tiny chance its real (its not):

"CAPCOM: Ryu, Rashid, Chun-Li, Zangief, Gill, Morrigan, Talbain, Tessa, Mega Man X, Sigma, Roll, Strider, Jin, Captain Commando, Edward Falcon, Asura, Gene, Dante, Leon, Ada, Wesker, Nina (BoF2), Spencer, Simon Blackquill, Phoenix Wright, Rathalos (Giant Character), Masamune Date, Batsu, June, and Frank West."

and the interesting tidbits if it was real (its not)

"Edward Falcon was included on because Power Stone fit the Infinity Stone motif AND Power Stone is coming back."

"Leon was included to hype up the RE2 REmake."

"Masamune Date got in to appease the Japanese fanbase and garner interest from them."

"Dante isn't based on DmC (reboot) version, but classic Dante for those who are worried.

Dante isn't based on the reboot version because DMC5 will be announced in 2017."

that would be a fucking amazing roster if it was real (its not) but since im sure its bullshit, I guess ill have to imagine what it would be like.

wasn't so bad, my brother did that thing where you can hook up to their 4g thing and i just used that for shouting at people and whatever else u do on new years eve

i've been using the charms (honestly been blowing through my items like never before in the game) but some enemies have impossibly high hp and it just takes forever to kill em. the ones that show up after a while and the grim reaper dude i haven't tried to fight more than 5s cos i couldn't even make em flinch with my hits (and grim reaper ohk'd me lol)

the other bosses have been fun (tho i didn't fight the chained giant cos i was really low on hp and now i don't know how to get back to him lol), but it's been mostly the frustrating enemies like high knockdown harpies and billion hp dudes and the dungeon being a very confusing labyrinth thanks to so many copy pasta rooms that i dislike

i'll finish it cos it's not like i'm having a bad time with it, just feels like the game trying something that's not part of its core strengths and it shows

Not a bad line up but I'd ditch Gief for Haggar.

Never was a big fan of series, but gameplay was decent in small portions. I interested in Primal after i saw one GOTY awards video with praise of this game, they said a lot good stuff about hunting and drug trips
shoot moon with the bow part gets my attention
. Maybe i'll wait for bigger discount then.

DOOM is my GOTY, Deus Ex MD not far from it in my list. I'm still not consider Hitman as AAA title, those online features with temporal targets and other stuff doesn't sound good for me, i feel like i missed a lot because i didn't buy it on first episode release date. Dishonored 2 was on sale for 15$ somewhere? It still around 20$ on russian gray market (40$ in my region), but price feels too high for me, and i was a big fan of original, my 2012 GOTY. I didn't played DLCs for D1 and this is also preventing me from purchase.
 
I have a problem with Turok: when I run the game the taskbar is visible on the lower part of the screen. I can't change the resolution, so is there a fix for this?

Haven't played AoW III, but Endless Legend is one of my favorite games from the past few years. Definitely get the bundle/complete edition with all the DLC - it's all pretty good and you'll want it later.

Why do I constantly keep giving my money away randomly on sales for games I almost never play to anywhere near completion... WHY!

That being said I want to buy something pretty to look at for a few hours and I also want something for the kids.

Fallout 4?
Maybe the new star wars Lego game?
Is that batsman telltale game any good?
My son loves the transformers games, maybe I should try that recent turtles beat em up game?

I know stuff like Singularity and Hotline Miami 2 aren't available in Australia but I just found out The Sum of All Fears is on Steam.

No don't get Platinum's TMNT.
It is their weakest game. While core combat is OK the overall game is disappointing.

Batman Telltale is good from what I've played so far.

His game count has gone up by a few hundred since then, so I'd say he simply suffered a deflation of motivation when St4ck more than tripled his Summer Sale badge level and pulled ahead overall, but, yeah, those two Steam Awards badges are the only new ones he's crafted in the past ~six months.

I approve everything. Be wary that you shall not try to play Overcooked in solo, it only shines as a multiplayer game.

Leon and Ada being in when classic Jill (read: MvC2 Zombie summoning) isn't makes my blood boil. I'm sure they could finally make that version of Jill playable.

Hard to say with the Adventure Time games. Activision games are easier to guess since they usually drop their licenses at the beginning of the year, so the Transformers games are probably safe until at least 2018.
