Mass Effect 1 got a patch in late August. It runs a lot better now. Digital Foundry will be doing a video on the trilogy sometime soon.

Yep. They would need to re-license some cars and music. Just because they may want to, does not mean the car maker or music artist/label will do it or at a reasonable fee.

CoD4: MW-MW3 (mostly MW2), Skyrim, GTA IV/V/SA, the rest of the AC's, and maybe the Halo games. Those are probably the top complaints I could see coming from "the masses". I guess the Dead Space (2&3) and Skate (1&2) games have a chance too.

I think, but am not positive, that suspend/resume needs to be handled at an app level, and if not supported by the game, the feature will not work properly. Games are responsible for handling this.

I think I recall having trouble finding the bonus disc, and yes I think it's just Quake 2 on there. Quake 4 went out of print after a bit, and they re-released it later in the 360's life. The second wave copies didn't have the bonus disc.

Yeah it's trickier to find, though not impossible. Don't think the demand is so high.
It's a great port, albeit with some tiresome long loading screens, it runs 1080p@60fps on the 360!

Bolded are ones not BC yet. Given all of his older games except TR have been BC and that he's testing BO2, the list might be worth looking at. The only one that doesn't make sense is GTA V and Watch Dogs (But he played WD1 when it came out on XB1, so it's weird that he went back to the 360 version..).

Games played will also include any games you play on a real 360. The pictures of him playing Black Ops 2 I've calling BS. If there was a way to play early builds of these games more than one person would know how to do it.
ah. yeah the 360 wasn't built that way.... plus just don't turn off the system if you're playing a BC game. Easy enough.

Mass Effect 2,3 were released on BC on a very specific date, for a specific business reason.
It wouldn't surprise me if EA is holding on to those for a specific time.
Well I doubt he's some random dude who managed to get it working. He's probably an MS employee who's actually testing the games, and he's not the first one to fuck up and leak games. RDR and others were leaked this way months ahead of time aswell. I found an MS employee's gamertag and posted the games he was playing and nobody really believed it because of RDR, then his profile went hidden not long after and all the games he played ended up BC. I didn't even post his gamertag, so it's not like he was receiving tonnes of messages about it. MS will have tracked it down by the games and made him put his shit private.
It's still there.
Top of his page (I think this is set as his showcase, anyone can upload pics like this so it doesn't mean much, but why have the MS logo if you're some random dude? - The BO2 pics are different because it has the actual game name which takes you to the game hub, something that can't be done by uploading pics like that and can only be done by taking a screenshot through xbox while playing the game. Meaning those BO2 screenshots are directly from an XB1 while playing BO2.)

Add into the mix he's playing BO2 on Xbox One and it gives him some credibility. Waybackmachine doesn't work on profiles to see how long it's been there, but google cache has it there with 7860 gamerscore which is 15 less than he has now.
