What? Seriously, the whole I get angry about review scores is getting so silly, it has always been silly.

If you get angry about review scores, you don't fuck.
 
Really wish review scores didn't exist and that Metacritic wouldn't exist.
It brings out garbage and potential bonuses for developers being based off it is also garbage.

Its a 93 MC minimum. The game could be hot garbage and still get a 85 because its mother fucking Zelda.



I have somehow avoided ever playing a Zelda game. I should do that one day.
 
And what's awesome is no one really needs to cater to them because they'll just be there Day one. The fanatics are such well groomed sheep when it comes to their tastes and purchasing habits they barely register as people 😊 Just bank accounts that haven't been collected from yet.

We're through the looking glass. People getting upset at potential scores. Can't they just wait to get mad at actual scores like the good old days?
 
To be fair we also have users raging over the potentially good scores the game will get and how it won't deserve it.

To be totally fair, calling everyone who will like BOTW idiots who only have rose-tinted glasses for Zelda also isn't a great way to go.

Dam son, that Quick Look Ex of Dragon's Trap is really just selling the fuck out of the game for me. I think it's high time I return to (and finish) Wonder Boy in Monster World. Really in the mood for this kind of game now, might even boot up some Faxanadu :D

Some things are better left forgotten. It gets hard to even enjoy it on a fuckery level too after awhile. Like do these people grow up eventually and look at their posts with some sort of shame at some point?
 
Coming off of close to 200 hours of Witcher 3, Horizon looks exactly like the game I need right now.
 
I havent played a Ubisoft ass Ubisoft game in a few years.

I think I might be down for Horizon when I need something to take a break from Persona in a few months.
 
I can't trust Zelda reviews after Skyward Sword. That game was terrible.

A Link Between Worlds? Fantastic, probably my favorite 3DS game. And the OoT remake was amazing as well.
 
Finished Yakuza 0 this weekend and am totally amazed. Did not expect the storytelling to be so great. Can't wait for GBeast to get to some of the later stuff, although it will be a wait.

Majima the GOAT; spoilers
as this is my first Yakuza game I was kind of sad to see him turn in to the crazy version, but I get that this was that story for him. But cool ass Majima is so great, but I will play more of the series and see how it plays out

Yeah I dunno it's kinda deflating my interest a bit. I was really on board for that game so I'll still pick it up though

Edit: And the Dualshockers thing is shitty. I think his argument is pretty weak and mostly focused on the technical side, which, duh, Zelda doesn't stand up. Its artstyle is doing some heavy lifting, you'd be hard-pressed to find a PS4/XBO open world game that doesn't look better than it. Then add in that Horizon may be the best looking game up to this point and of course it looks way better than Zelda. I have some issues and questions with his argument, but those won't be addressed because everyone will get worked up and just start attacking the dude directly instead of digging into why he feels that way

yeah I can't wait for Kiwami now. I'm so glad I decided to go in on the game even though I was already swamped with other stuff. It was EXACTLY what I needed. Kind of like when Catherine came out and I didn't realize how much I wanted a game that was just so different from anything else I'd played.

There's countless things I want to see their reaction on, one sequence in particular Dan will probably lose his shit. (Late game stuff)
