Destiny got good eventually, but you have to not fall into the trap of trying to do everything. Because the game let's you, it makes you attempt it.
I hope like other MMO they give far too much stuff to do, so you can settle with specialising.
The thing is, I am inherently honest. My bosses always see how I avoid upselling when I know it isn't a good idea for the customer, but conversely I'm very good with conflict resolution and general customer service.
It's why I could work in a busy af restaurant while be slow. There were net less problems when a customer couple find hair in their food and still want to tip, lol (and then write positive feedback)
I think I passive aggressively posted in this thread before, about how some customers are on the verge of tears, and even tho I can't help I at least listen and avoid the refund scenario.
