I'm really excited. Loved advanced warfare. It's my favorite Call of Duty of the "new" games in the series.

Last game this studio made was Advance Warfare 😓

Classic Advance Warfare multiplayer without the boosting crap was great. The maps weren't designed around it but the gameplay was there. In addition to this, the campaign was actually interesting.

I really, really hope they can include some perspectives and stories that haven't been told in other games. Like, I'll play through Normandy or Stalingrad again, but I'd be one thousand times more interested in a campaign about segregated American units on the Italian Front or the Soviets' war against Japan. One aspect of CoD 3 that I loved was the inclusion of Allied perspectives which aren't seen very often in media.

I never thought I would be saying this but I'm legitimately excited for a new WW2 shooter. It's amazing what taking a break can do to create pent up demand. This game is no doubt going to sell like crazy.

Also does anyone else think that the title implies that going forward they will do a different theater of war. Like next year (or next Sledgehammer) will be Call of Duty Vietnam for example?
