It does, but why can we not acknowledge that the guy made the tweet and wait a bit to see if it gets picked up? It's only been 20 minutes or so. Legitimate networks have to move a little slower than Twitter reporters. There's a wee bit more at stake for them if they get something wrong.
There's obviously nothing to see here if it doesn't get picked up soon. Well, other than Mr. TrueFacts' reputation going in the shitter.
