Doesn't that Maester/Genius from Cersei who resurrected the Mountain as Frankenstein also has a army of little spies? I think I have seen that before like multiple times. Thats the same guy that came up with the Dragon Slaying Crowsbow lol
Was just thinking the same today. Would be a very fitting ending. Most boring ending would be Jon and Dany as the king and queen of the Seven Kingdoms.

Euron's gone full ham this season. Last episode we got Hot Topic Euron. This episode we get Wario Hellscream Euron.
I don't think the seven kingdoms will have much relevance in the endgame. I don't see them stopping the night king from cleaning up most of everyone anyway.
What if Arya takes off her face in front of Sansa and it's Sansa, and then you're all confused but Sansa takes off her face and it's Arya.

That attributing evilness to a character, based on decisions that they had no choice in making, because they either did them or died, makes no sense. More so when you say that character is evil for X, when a "good" character has done the same exact thing, so at that point a character is only evil if they go against the good characters.
A wolf is not evil if it kills to survive just because it ate an animal we liked. Cersei isn't a good person but many of her 'evil' acts were self preservation. I mean, we literally went around in circles for, like, 5 pages. You can read more of that discussion where I explain farther and use direct examples and explain the reasoning for why Cersei did what she did and her being 'evil" didn't come into the picture, it was all about survival.
They were all killed as part of a domino chain in a series of events that she helped set in motion, usually largely influenced by her own spite. How much influence do you think she had in making sure that she and Joffrey absolutely wrecked Sansa's world leading to her conversation with the Tyrells on whether or not Joffrey was a good dude? The only person who made any attempt to keep him in line was Tyrion. Cersei either sat back and laughed at the ensuing chaos or made it worse. And I don't think she actually cared whether or not Tyrion was guilty of the poisoning. She just wanted him dead because fuck 'em. Had she cared at all, her daughter and her father might still be alive (emphasis on the "might")
She tends to fall into a cycle of "Do something shitty to spite someone she hates, it backfires hard, do more shitty things."
As much as I like Arya having her around means anyone that should be killed is going to be killed because she's on some Assassin's Creed shit while everyone else is a Skyrim NPC.

That was a pretty poor episode.
Some bizarre scene transitions that felt really out of place, all it was missing was a star swipe.
Sam operating on Jorah bordered on comedy.
Euron's entrance into battle was lol worthy.
Dragonstone has the same effect on Dany that The Overlook had on Jack Torrance.
But it had Hot Pie so.... Maybe that saves it?

I got pretty fucking excited at the prospect of Arya being a badass assassin with a fucking wolf army. Too bad the wolf army doesn't seem to be happening, but then again it could be misdirection and Nymeria could come back.
I would be surprised if it happened before the end of the last episode.
Maybe lady Tyrell's words have some foreshadowing.
Either that happens, or Jon and Dany get control and peace is restored, and the show ends open ended with some sort of larger conflict stirring. There will never be peace.
But I also like the idea of an old Sam writing a book of the conflicts of his generation. Appropriately titled something "Poetic" such as... Oh I don't know... maybe "A Song of Ice and Fire"
Most of them were about survival, that is true. But blowing up the Sept and everyone in there not so much. Cersei is indeed about survival but way more then that as well. Margaery was loved indeed by the nobel people and the common people as well. She never killed anyone herself unlike Cersei.

There were a few others I think who agreed with me too but after a while I was the only one persisting the discussion of Cersei being the worst among them.
This season has some really mediocre directors.

I just thought of another stupid thing about Cersei calling Randyll Tarly to court.
He's the bannerman for House Tyrell. Cersei just murdered the lord of House Tyrell.
Randyll doesn't recognize Olenna's symbolic rule over her family's seat. Mace is dead.
Was Randyll banking on the 8% probability that she wasn't calling him there to kill him and take his army?

It just seems like the Army of the Dead don't really have any intrigue to offer other than killing things, so I would be surprised if they do much of anything at all. I think the most we get is just them getting to/through the Wall and then that's it until next season.

They had both the Iron Islands fleet brought by Theon and Yara that would probably be sieging King's Landing and they also had ships from the masters in Mereen. Those would probably be the ones taking the unsullied over to Casterly Rock.
I think they played it that way intentionally, yeah? I liked that scene (except for the gross stuff).
Otherwise, I agree the episode was kinda shit. The writing has really declined.
That sex scene was super unnecessary male gaze shit. I mean, I ain't complaining about what I saw on a personal level but I could have lived without it and the episode would have been stronger for it.
Think there's a law about hospitality and protection....not that Cersei would really care.
Yeah, that bit where he starts cutting it real fast it obviously played to be somewhat funny.

I agree the cutting of the battle wasn't that great. But I have been complaining for seasons now that I don't like all the battle's performing off camera. So I did like it but it wasn't perfect but still quite enjoyable. But lol Euron was indeed a little bit too much Godmode lol.

He already found it in the last episode. It is written in the book about dragon glass (look at screencaps).
The way it was handled was fine. The amount of screen time they dedicated to it was not.
Titles do seem to breed titles.

Who knows. But there are major logistical problems either way.
Casterly Rock is on the west coast of Westeros.
If Grey Worm is going there by ship, they'll have to sail all the way down the Narrow Sea, around Dorne and then back up again, close to the Iron Islands.
By time they got there, the battle between Jon and the Night King will either be under way or over.
The timing of all this is really bad.
Plus, if they squeeze Ellaria or Tyene to spill the beans of the battle plans, Dany is fucked.
I am afraid to say but I think Daenny will become or at least get a bad reputation as a ruler of Westeros just like her father. No way in hell those 3 dragons came here just for shows. And those beasts will do colossal damage. I just remembered the child one of them killed a few seasons ago near that Goat.
Just like Barristan.
