When I was doing Splat Zone... it was a sniper fest. They all kept camping around the zone. Not exactly fun but it felt so good when I killed them.

Go pick a Tentatek, run forward, and hold ZR. You'll beat camping chargers at least half the time.

I actually like that salmon run us set weapons and rotates you between them. The only thing that makes it tough is the lack of communication. Even this "bad" round would be manageable with a full communicating team and everyone playing their roles properly.

But killing prevents the other team from fulfilling the objective. Sniping also helps with area denial. There's nothing wrong with it.

It's a team based game, the point is having your team win, so a player with a weapon that is less proficient at painting focusing on zoning and killing people so that their team can do their part is fine, it's not toxic or problematic and deserves no stigma.

splatting / playing defensively is extremely important in ranked. That's how you clear the map to make your pushes.

I enjoying playing against snipers. Changes it up and forces you to be more aggressive. Camping ones are annoying, but if you can't take them out you aren't good enough and deserve to lose.

I have not received any points at least when I login all I got are some silver coins. Is that something that takes a long time to update? I'm not finding any record of me owning the game either in the shop but I did download it and I am currently playing. I'm confused to say the least.

Had a sweet 30 egg single round on the beach in Salmon Run today. A lot of Maws, shield guys, and Steel Eels coming straight toward our basket. Ended up personally putting in 22 total eggs for the run.

Also really loving playing Roller during those Salmonid rush modes. Just stood there and pounded dozens of Chums. Finding the Roller and Splatling to be the two most important players in this comp.

Aggressively doesn't inherently mean more seriously. I'm not MLG and don't ever want to take this game that seriously. You need to stop projecting, snipers are fun to play as and against in turf war just the same

People can play chargers in turf war if they want to and have fun playing to their strengths, there is no MLG connotation to what I told you.

Playing with a charger and using it as a charger should be using it is not a bad thing, nor does it ruin any fun.

There's a "points history" section that will show your past eShop purchases if your accounts are linked. It will 60 gold points for "$59.99 eShop purchase" or something similar.
