Surely believing that someone who is not a fascist is actually a fascist is a dangerous view in itself?
The willingness to do violence against dangerous or bad people can be justified, maybe, in some situations.
However, the second you are incorrectly identifying those people is the same second you become dangerous and bad yourself.
Nigel Farage isn't a fascist so if you show up at one of his events intending to intimidate or do violence or shut it down then you're the bad guy at that point, not Farage.
Eventually you would think this has to blow up in the worst possible way.

A lot of cracks have been appearing on the surface for their website with all the moderator/admin drama, the tanking user count (due to bannings and voluntary exits), and the amount of enemies they keep making outside the echochamber. I have a feeling a major scandal will tank the userbase and result in even more crazier splinter sites before the end of this year.

I don't think a permaban actually removes a member from the count. So the membership I believe will only ever grow. More interesting would be the activity metrics, not flat out membership.

Ahh that makes sense. I remember awhile ago someone had somehow done come up with metrics about activity. They found that a vast majority of actively was coming from a very small percentage of users.

The unique active posters has pretty much been on a downward trend the last 6 months.....parts of the site now only post on the discord's now as they are not as policed as the forum.....if I was a betting man and if the trend continues I would expect them to beef up admin in the discord's as it's pretty much leaking money for them...there's shit that's posted in there that would easily get a perma if it was on the forum
The kiwifarms ban tracker has quite a lot of interesting data...would love to see it track the activity in the discords as well as it's great being able to view the train wreck from another angle

Permabans and deleted members do get removed from the count, and I believe even temp-bans do (which is why membership shot way back up after that stupid Thanos thing ended).
Activity is still down though, so I think it's probably fair to say a good chunk of new members are alts and burners. Either that or non-banned members are becoming less active at a faster rate than legit new members can replace them.
