maybe if youre in 6th grade and susie's breasts popped but yours havent, you might feel insecure, but no i dont think flat chested women feel nearly as much (or as common) shame compared to the bigger breasted women, when compared to small peen/big peen.

now roast beef labia might add a larger insecurity for women compared to vaginas that are like a nicely wrapped present, due to the stigma culture has created around it.

i'm not a women though so my theory isnt concrete

I don't know man, i for once embrace shape over size and talking to girls, not everyone wants big ones honestly. In fact a close friend has some big ones and always complained about it because it gave her back pains when we were in highschool.

Smol dick on the other hand...i see no-one being ok with that tho.

My wife has small robertsons but that never bothered me (ass man), however, don't think that can be compared to having a small johnson.

Wait til you run into the double vaginal canal. Rare birth oddity where a girl has a partial second vaginal canal or a wall in the vagina that separates it in two.
