Is there ZERO reasonable mechanism to identify that isn't "transphobic"?

What does that mean for "female representation in the workplace" for example?

Would a company composed of 50% men and 50% trans women (or men pretending to be women) but not a single biological woman, be considered great in terms of female representation?

I used to be the same way. But once I got rid of my cable bill a few years ago I found a few streamers that I enjoy in order to have something to watch. But I watch them more for their personalities than whatever it is they are playing usually. I don't see it as being that much different than watching a cheesy sitcom on tv. Talking heads making jokes, playing characters, etc etc

I was actually able to enjoy a lengthy discussion with a full blown socialist on an Era Discord last night about capitalism vs. socialism, and the BLM movement. We both sorta just explored one another's viewpoints as respectfully as possible and agreed to disagree. We both agreed that had that discussion been held on a site like Era itself it wouldve resulted in a shit storm, and we both appreciated just sitting down and discussing such differing viewpoints. Then we shot shit about our media interests we had in common. Funny how that can work.

A lot of Era Discords are great places. They're the only place where Era members (and in many cases ex-Era members) can express opinions, and they're also the only Era-affiliated places where you'll ever see criticism for the website without getting banned from the face of the Earth. Since I started being a regular on some Discords, my Era postcount started dropping dramatically.

I kind of went that route. I looked into Twitch streams probably later last year as a kind of real time alternative to reviews. I ended up only using Twitch to watch non-gaming content - like Riff Trax and travel stuff.

That said I still have no idea who any of these streamers are the internet mentions so often these days. I didn't know who pokemane was until about a week ago because of some other story that popped up in my Google News feed.
