2. He publically proclaimed The Commission's intent is to ensure COD releases on his Playstation.

3. The Commission should be worried about market competition. Not where COD is being released.

Are these guys elected or are they actually educated in law and/or economics? I don't know much about EU bureacracy tbh.

If they are elected nobodies without any form of education on the matter I can see why they act in self interest/biased but it comes across as pretty unprofessional to make these sort of statements unless they somehow just represent a political alliance or coalition among elected officials.
