Assuming the email content is what it is rumored to be, then it would absolutely be admissible in court if MS intentions for the deal are in any way relevant to the case. But the email itself would be just one piece of evidence to consider with all other evidence. It would certainly have significant weight (if not obviously sent in jest) because of the high level of the person sending it though.

Haven't Ms said that this was an internal document that the court shoudln't have had ?Which confirms its authenticity.
