I asked the Alamo about the basement like Pee Wee Herman.

RIP.

How the f did the other thread even get to 6 pages? People reach way too hard to bash the big N, so insecure about their favorite corps. All companies make and/or licence such things and obviously they have little to do with their main products.

I have never had anything Nintendo and had/have every Playstation (except PSP) and still think that this is a much better deal than the PS5 Pro.

Nintendo fans will really buy anything they shit out. Jesus.
You and this comment with all the upvote thingies! Jeez!

I find myself 2 times in the past month defending the purchase of things that are made for and meant to appeal to me.

I will NOT stop liking what you don't like and money value is different for everyone. Leave my PS5 Pro and my Nintendo Remember the Alamo globe alone.

I just can't anymore! /crieslaterinthecar

Life is shockingly abundant.

Less than 4% of society creates media or products in some form. Proof there exists a tangible market for any damn thing, regardless of triviality.

I teach all my three kids always put function over form, and perhaps what that $100 can be used more effectively.

But you do you, if you have $100 to spare and you love all Nintendo stuff then go for it.

I would like to get one, but I'm not going to right away. I gotta save some money first. And I'd rather buy games or a Switch 2 down the line.

The Alarmo is weird but it is attractive to me..

Sounds like you kind of want it.

I miss alarm clocks because my phone isn't enough to wake my dead ass, it usually takes a half hour.

Had no problems with alarm clocks though

No, build a PC instead for that price . Heres my $120 build that provides alarm clock functions

Raspberry Pi is so cool. I need to order a couple more for projects. I want to make a smart mirror with one and have another for general purpose linux, probably ubuntu but was going to be kali.

Yeah but it's not stupidly overpriced like the alarmo, nor is there some horrendously laughable 5 MINUTE trailer about.....an alarm clock lol. quit being so butthurt.

From what I understand the sensors don't work if there are two people in the bed, so you're good to go OP!

I only posted that in jest but they are cool. I have about 4-5. Bought each model from the launch of the first one. For an actual alarm clock project I think using this would be best and could be a cool project with kids.

How do you plan to do the smart mirror? I've never installed ubuntu or Kali either and have mostly remained on Raspbian (RPi OS) .

New idea: Ocarina of Time music that dynamically changes to enemy/boss music, but you also get the low health beeps. There isn't a soul on earth that won't come out of a coma to turn that annoying shit off.
Twilight Princess enemy music is the worst
