Maybe they have a case, if the Yuzu guys trademarked the logo.I guess they're just going to continue until Nintendo sues them and shuts them down?
Sue why? They did nothing illegal.I guess they're just going to continue until Nintendo sues them and shuts them down?
nintendo will make it illegal.Sue why? They did nothing illegal.
Everybody knows they yet Nintendo will happily threaten them with lawsuit. Nintendo can drop a few g's on lawyers, doubt them can. That has always been the case with these lawsuits.Sue why? They did nothing illegal.
They don't have any case now against Ryujinx like they had with Yuzu and Dolphin.Everybody knows they yet Nintendo will happily threaten them with lawsuit. Nintendo can drop a few g's on lawyers, doubt them can. That has always been the case with these lawsuits.
A coder friend noted how Ryujinx contributors still had their github stuff up two weeks ago.
This might be the answer.

or maybe they're updating the emulator with an ip tracker and a pirate copy detectorAre we sure that Nintendo didn't take over the github and are now tracking who downloads the new version?
Yep it's a joke, but it's also not a joke.or maybe they're updating the emulator with an ip tracker and a pirate copy detector
To do what against those??Are we sure that Nintendo didn't take over the github and are now tracking who downloads the new version?

They are almost identical. We need yuzu back! Ryujinx is so confuse to use. Yuzu is friendly user.
Emulators are bringing your stocks down or something?Hopefully Nintendo will take them down and sue their asses off
Imagine being so afraid of doing something completely legal because a corporation doesn't like it.Are we sure that Nintendo didn't take over the github and are now tracking who downloads the new version?

I'm not afraid, well definitely not because Nintendo doesn't like it, I already have a working copy of Ryujinx from before they halted work. But I also wouldn't put it past Nintendo to do something sneaky like take over the github and then release a version that deletes all your roms on a certain date.Imagine being so afraid of doing something completely legal because a corporation doesn't like it.
Yes a fork. Gdkchan the original lead dev took down his stuff. But as I mentioned in OP, the github repos of other contributors remain up.That's a fork though, right? Not the original repo, not the original devs.

You nailed it.I'm not afraid, well definitely not because Nintendo doesn't like it, I already have a working copy of Ryujinx from before they halted work. You suggest Nintendo will literally infect your PC with a destructive virus. That sounds impossible, even for them. But I also wouldn't put it past Nintendo to do something sneaky like take over the github and then release a version that deletes all your roms on a certain date.
