There's an ongoing problem with Steam's wishlists. At first twitter users though it was related to a new German age-rating law, but users from all over the world experience the same problem. Personally I have about 6 titles unavailable.

I had the same problem for one game out of 26 recently. I believed the message that said that the game was not available but thanks to you I will wait to see if it will come back.

Yep, same issues. Some of them still say the title and that it's not available in my country due to the bloody age restriction requirements. Some titles are simply not available as shown in your screenshots.

If games become delisted by the publisher they will remain in your wishlist. I still have The Powerpuff Girls: Defenders of Townsville on mine and it was delisted 2015.

It may tell you what these games were. Your wishlist may need to be public.

Hmm, looks like I have one such game in my Steam wishlist.

Looks like on desktop you can right click on the wishlist item that's missing, and you'll get the URL to the now deleted store page. From there, you can find the Steam app ID of the title (e.g. https://store.steampowered.com/app/213120/?snr=1_25_4__318) and then use SteamDB to identify the missing game. In my case, it was https://steamdb.info/app/213120/, which is Transformers: Fall of Cybertron.

They have reduced the CPU cycles dedicated to wishlists. Apparently they needed the cycles for all the Pepe emotes.

Perhaps steam changed something that the devs need to update for their game stores and until they do, they remain unavailable.

It was delisted on 21 December 2017. All delisted or disabled games: https://steam-tracker.com/apps/delisted
Most of these are removed in favor of a remake or a bundle. (eg: Metro 2033 → Metro 2033 Redux)
