Farewell

Man, i would expect that most xbros had already moved forward in the circle of grief, looks like the OP is still stuck on step 3.

With all the Switch 2 hot takes flying around I thought for sure it would be a butthurt fanboy or hater. Did I miss some news that was devastating for MS or good for Sony? This just feels so out of the blue.

He could've just stuck around and enjoy all the Xbox games on Playstation in the near future as one of us.🤷🏾‍♂️
I bought a xsx this generation despite owning a ps1-4

I've never owned an xbox whereas I grew up playing all the ps games so I thought it would be awesome to go back and play all the old titles I missed growing up

while it does feel a bit surreal that the gen I purchased is possibly the last xbox as we know it, zero regrets due to its BC and I have very little invested in the eco system. playing older xbox titles over COVID was worth the purchase alone.

having said that, I've seen some guys post here that they purchased thousands of digital games on their xbox. I don't even want to do the math on that, but I would imagine a lot of the response might just be more related to that. if I had a small fortune invested in a video game eco system, future uncertainty would be a bit terrifying

I don't think for some it is as easy as just buying a ps6 next gen. if I paid for literally thousands of games and heard that xbox was going to die, I would probably feel sick

Yeah, I'm sure many have built quite a library.

My comment was tongue-in-cheek though, ultimately it doesn't matter, especially with cross-platform mp (although cross-platform play might have even accelerated Xbox' downfall).

Taking it as far as the OP is unhealthy though. Lol

Xbox tries to let their customers down slowly. So some of them only truly realized what is happening a bit down the line. Can't blame Xbox, they didn't want to get lynched. But that means there are stragglers who are slower on the uptake.

think its a mix of the fiscal fear I referenced and somehow making your plastic video game box your identify

xbox doing poorly becomes not just a MS failing, but the OP is a failure as well, due to how wrapped up his identity is with the brand

this is why I think it's bizarre when people try to put me in a box here and call me a PC gamer, or Nintendork, or green rat (I think I've been called all 3)

The writing was on the wall with the Xbox One reveal, at this point I don't what to tell people. Not to mention the Xbox Series launch was awful, this all could have been avoided if people weren't married to one platform.

I get labeled a PS fanboy ever since my original account from 2013/2014.

But I just take it as a badge of honor. It really isn't all that serious. Lol

Lmfao. Cope and seethe banned cunt. Oh wait, you wanted to be banned, didn't you? That's the reason you made this apeshit post. You knew you'd be banned for it. Whereas us people who aren't totally insane can appreciate a bit of Nintendo and PlayStation banter. Go fuck yourself and don't let the door hit you on the wait out. If I'm banned for this reply, so be it. I'd rather go out screeching at a little cretin like you than anything else. Bellend. Total bellend.

I understand the account suicides on platforms like the purple forum. But here? Why? Freedom of speech on this site is pretty much maintained, if you don't like Sony (because they are garbage) just post it on 100 different threads and feel gud.
