A friend of a friend who works for IOI is hyping up the SoP, so I'm kinda expecting the 007 reveal trailer to drop in today's show.![]()
Don't forget the rumors about that deathloop gaas project they were cooking.40 minutes of remasters no first party games and paid exclusives I can't wait.
fingers crossed. I'm happy as long there is evidence of a sharp pivot away from the live service plan.
I wanna see:
- Updates on previously announced games, Wolverine especially.
- Convince me Ghost of Yotei is worth is better than GoT
- Please show more Phantom Zero
- Whatever Bend has been working on
- Whatever Blue Point has been working on
- Honestly would like to see some gameplay of Intergalactic...still on the fence with this.
- Reveal Naughty Dog's 2nd project
- Limit the VR stuff.
- Limit the indie stuff. SGF will inundate us with that.
- Limit the remaster stuff. Unless its something actually old school.
- Have a host who has some character. It goes a long way.
ExactlyA Sony State of Play and I can't be bothered about it. I feel absolutely nothing. Fucking company.
GoY is gonna have to be a big jump in gameplay features, exploration, etc for me to be excited by it. I just hope it isn't the same thing in a different setting and different story.I 100% agree about Ghost of Yotei. After Assassin's Creed Shadows and playing GoT the fatigue has really set in.
I at least have Phantom Zero..
It's the communication in general. I remember the times where I would get up early in the morning before work to watch the E³ press conferences. There was a time I stayed up to watch the State of Play, but those days are long gone.
There's nothing Sony could offer me right now that would convince me to give up two hours of sleep for their content. This company has really messed things up over the past five years.
Yep, once E3 ended we got fucked, all this direct/state of shit are bad, Nintendo ones are the worst with that moronic narration all over the video, Summer Fest and TGA are just a product advertisement with some game here and there, the age of hype announcements has ended with E3.![]()

OR It is counter-programing for Switch 2s launch and it is an absolute banger.I expect a really bad show and just some marketing obligations.
The show is here in Japan 6 am on the day the Switch 2 launches. You don't do that if you have some great announcements, because you want to give these announcements time to breath.
If you have a really bad show instead and want people to stop talking about how bad it was, that is the ideal time for it.
Unless they show an EXTREMELY limited trailer update, they aren't going to show it at all. They can't strip the stolen art assets out that fast and also cut a trailer. How big of a drama and analysis would ensue if they didn't even mention Marathon at all.
Today's the day ladies and gents. Today's the day for disappoint !!
Everyone is remastering. Hypocrites literally creamed themselves last month.FFT tho
It's the Sony Remaster System, what do you expect.

It's just a random guess from a random internet user, most -if not all- of it will be wrong![]()
4chins so take it with a mountain of salt but it sounds about right IMO
I think they'll wait to show it because they'll want to give the devs more dev time without pressure, and to show the small spinoff before it.It's time for Cory Barlog's game.
Sony is so successful that they don't give a fuck about Switch 2, Summer Doritos Fest or anything related to Xbox. They'll simply do their late May/early June event highlighting mostly stuff coming the next year or so because it's something they do every year.So is leapfrogging the Switch 2 launch, Summer Games Fest, and the Xbox presentation to go first a confident power move or a tacit admission that they expect this show to be forgotten in a week? Only the motivated reasoning of fanboys can reveal the truth.

Probably my favorite Sony series, so I'd be very happy to see it available outside of PS hardware. They really don't need to do anything but port it and keep it 60 fps.Makes the Gravity Rush rumors seem plausible, they haven't remastered that one in a while.
This State of Play is obviously not for you.40 minutes of remasters no first party games and paid exclusives I can't wait.

I remember gamers complaining about E3 but for the life of me I can't remember why, because it sucks so bad now.Yep, once E3 ended we got fucked, all this direct/state of shit are bad, Nintendo ones are the worst with that moronic narration all over the video, Summer Fest and TGA are just a product advertisement with some game here and there, the age of hype announcements has ended with E3.
Looking forward to the sequel: €hudBu$terJayde Raymond is putting a team together and Sony is funding it.
It will be called "SafeSpace studio" and will work on AAAA title Gaas extraction multi competitive inclusive shooter.
