Fuck yeah episodes 62-64 (Young Hunters 8-10) are out!
62: "Amazing Digimon Hunt! The expert Hunter of the shopping district." - they encounter a new Hunter, possibly the one with the Dobermon
63: "Taiki is targeted! The roar of the super-star celebrity!" - Akari and Taiki are in a date when someone is targeting the original Generals
64: "Landing in Hong Kong! Defend the super beautiful idol girl!" - Yuu and the others go to Hong Kong to meet up Nene

Ookami-kun said:Why? It's normal, nothing awkward unlike Matt x Sora.
Takao said:Toei shows have that problem of under powering the hero so he can face people.
Ookami-kun said:And nah, Toei never has that problem at all.
Ookami-kun said:But Goku never failed to defeat his enemies even prior to "he was a Super Saiyan!" crap.

Probably, but it seems Skullsatamon is pretty DAMN powerful to begin with. (i.e. one of those Digimon that are at least a level stronger than they should be)
Kinda funny since MagnaAngemon is normally pretty well matched vs most Digimon of the same level or higher.
Things I remember about Digimon.
- They had to find some Demonmon thing. And it showed up at 6 seconds past 6:06.
- On their way to fight the... thing, they catch a ride, but one of the Digimon takes a dump in the car, so they get kicked out. I think it was my favorite Digimon, too. So I like... lost Digimon street cred with my friends.
- The movie had a bitchin' soundtrack. And had an Angela Anaconda short in front of it.

Signs of one of the greatest bromances in my Digimon. Shit. :lol
Andromon was also incredibly boss for an Ultimate

I managed to get Digimon World DS for a reasonable price (still the most I've paid for a used game). Now to wait for it to arrive...
Did you get the first one, or Dawn/Dusk? Either way, they're great games.
I was wondering aside from Digimon World 1, what are the best Digimon games available in recent years.
DW3 isn't awful, and does a good job with the turn-based style of RPG fights, but the lack of any quick-travel options hurts the game badly. Not to mention it's easy to forget your next objective. I've owned the game for years, and I STILL have no clue what I'm supposed to do next.I was wondering aside from Digimon World 1, what are the best Digimon games available in recent years.
I want to play Digimon World PSP, but lol English.![]()
I'd give a +1 to the DS games as well. DWC proved to be the most interesting mon-raising type game I've played, and the RPGs were good too. Although, I wonder if those newer ones are coming over... probably when Xros Wars is dubbed. The DS games are fantastic. They have a system in place similar to Pokemon's EVs, but it's even less required and much easier than Pokemon. The battles look really simplistic with barely any animations, but it's not a huge deal. Digivolving is also different from the other games. Each Digimon has a level cap that can only be raised by digivolving up or down a level. DW4 tried this system, but the game botched it by having your stats reset to 1 each time. In the DS games your stats don't reset, but they rise/fall accordingly. You can eventually max out your stats by constantly digivolving, and by putting them into your "farms" (which is the equivalent of Pokemon's PCs) where they can do individual training and raise certain stats and elements. It's very, very in-depth and also surprisingly simple.
Digimon World Championship plays kinda like Pokemon Ranger, where you control everything with the stylus, but the battles themselves are random in the sense that you only control where your team moves. You have to hope that they use the moves you have assigned them. A friend of mine who loved World DS and Dawn/Dusk didn't like Championship at all.

Not like either system is going anywhere anyways in 2012...if not UMD, then PSN, and DS because DS. It would depend somewhat on how the series is taken over here, anyway. The new ones are PSP, and DS games. Xros Wars is coming out at the earliest in Fall 2012. Uhhh...
Digimon World DS/Dawn/Dusk are great; I played them briefly on my brother's DS a couple of years ago, and am looking forward to getting my own copy soon. Digimon World Championship I haven't really heard much about; I don't think it's a monster-collecting RPG in the vein of the other three, though.
Anyone know if the next three Digimon World games have any chance of being released in English? I'm doubtful, as Lost Evolution came out in July 2010 in Japan; DS/Dawn/Dusk had about half a year between Japanese and English releases. It's a shame, really![]()

I'm keeping an eye out for a good price for Dawn/Dusk, too. Anyone still have this game? Can't you trade Digimon online or something?[/QUOTE]
You can trade, battle, and breed online.
Goku has lost fights, but that's not what I'm referring to. I'm referring to the power nerfing they give him in GT (which was an entirely Toei-exclusive production). He's faced the most powerful beings in the universe, yet will get trashed by opponents who really shouldn't be a problem. They nerfed him so much they decided to make him a kid in GT, only to make it a point he's just a kid in appearance, but not in power, which makes a tonne of contradictions in that series.
