By that standard you really aren't watching any wrestling company, are you?

Let's be honest, people use this reasoning for not really following ROH all the time, but how many wrestlers in the WWE really have natural charisma? 2? 3? And we're lucky to get 1 "compelling feud" a year. I'd much rather follow ROH which is 1 hour per week of a company with an overall focus on what they want to get across to the viewer without pandering to children, using nostalgia, abandoning all logic, and having no skill in building to ANYTHING. At this point, the absolute only things the WWE has going for them as a wrestling company are exposure, and production values.

Again, I appreciate what ROH is trying to do, but there's just something missing to me. PWG and CHIKARA have that element of fun interspersed with good wrestling so that there's a balance. To me, ROH leans heavily to one side of the balance in terms of in-ring competition, but is lacking when it comes to presenting guys who can do more than just wrestle. WGTT, Eddie Edwards, Roderick Strong, and Davey Richards are all terrific wrestlers, but seeing them try to cut promos on the TV show makes me cringe a bit. But at the same time, the TV show is just starting, so there's certainly plenty of time for them to fix some things here and there over the next few months.

The fact it wasn't an outright botch may save Cara from the "future endeavors" I fear may claim him.
So has anyone speculated that Cara being injured may screw over Hunico and the other guys who were seemingly put together to go against him? Unless they bring back Fake Cara as a temporary replacement again.

How would that work? Hunico gonna shadow-wrassle himself? Or should they bring in Averno and have him wear the mask?

Well they just pretend that Cara made a swift recovery and do what they did before, as for the mysterious disappearance of Hunico....well I can't imagine too many people would notice.

Or there's your more logical idea I guess.

Reminds me, I need to make Sid Vicious.

Someone give me a rundown of his moves or just copy paste Nash?
Be sure to remove whatever move causes nash to tear a quad every time he walks.

It's WWE, the ADD fans will forget about the whole thing in 2 weeks, except for the smarks of course and the smarks don't fill seats.

They could easily pass off hunico as sin cara and just give hunico his future endeavors on wwe.com and the masses will have no idea.

Finishers could be chokeslam, powerbomb and crossface. Other moves were the big boot, leg drop, military press, sidewalk slam, snake eyes.

Standard big man stuff from the 90's.

My idea was that the Cara replacements would get fatter, from Hunico to Averno, eventually to Mark Henry.

please, Nash and Sid are the prime of the big man era.

True that, true that. Gonna make myself some PSYCHO SID GOODNESS.

I GOT HALF THE BRAIN YOU TWO GOT!

WWE 12 is the shit. I just had a 15 minute match as Sin Cara against Punk. It flowed great, the moves were varied, an the AI took forever to injure, just like HCTP.

Best wrassling game this gen, and better than Smackdown 2006.

That's exactly what makes it so brilliant, helped more so by the fact that Hunico in his current appearance looks completely forgetable.

Getting fatter you say? so that's why they are really holding Brodus Clay back, preparing to take up the mask of Cara clearly.

Crazy glitches were the highlights of my highlight reels in the last 2 WWE games, twisted body/Snake style CM Punk, endless unbreakable grapple lockup and a gravity defying belt bounce all occurred in the same match.
Then there was Christian's psychic powered cross powerbomb onto a ladder in 2010, upon starting the move animation Christian teleported across to another turnbuckle to do his part of the animation while Jeff Hardy was magically levitated and thrown down onto the ladder in the original position.
And of course TLC matches were no shortage of glitches last year, i'll never forget losing to teleporting Ted DiBiase, you don't just appear at the top of the ladder grabbing the case in a position which should make it unreachable!
The scary part is I remember tons more.

You reminded me of this highlight reel. I think this was done before the official release date making it that much better.

Sounds like a gimmick name to me. Make it happen, WWE!
It's not like he has anything else on the cards right now, though Undertaker might find that it infringes on his gimmick.

The stupid Japanese backstage bits that made RTW unplayable were the highlight of 2011 for me.
Every wrestler was such a grouch backstage, must have been those locker room politics applied to the video game.

It wasn't even that, the controls backstage were horrible. Walking was even horrible, the placement of stuff you had to go to was horrible. It was a total disconnect from the style and substance of the rest of the game.

Also, your highlight reel lead me to this awesome clip:

I wish Rock/Cena could have worked something like that out.

Not to mention the bonus criteria to be met backstage leading you to waste time hunting around for potential optional matches that led to unlockables and the Kane collectathon where you needed to find the souls to put in the urn. Awful stuff across the board really.

And if Rock and Cena were a more chummy team I imagine we would have gotten a five knuckle shuffle and peoples elbow combination.

– Mick Foley will host next Tuesday’s live WWE SmackDown episode on Syfy. The official website of the Time Warner Cable Arena website is billing the episode as a “Smackdown Live Holiday Special.”

– Epico, who has been competing on SmackDown since debuting on the November 4, 2011 episode, is now listed a member of the Raw roster on WWE.com. Epico and Primo beat Percy Watson and Titus O’Neil in a dark match at last night’s Raw SuperShow in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The two cousins were accompanied by SmackDown Diva Rosa Mendes.

It would be funny if Sin Cara's injury caused WWE to finally see that there isn't a point in Hunico and send him back to FCW or FE him. As it is now, he's just a poor man's Konan. Primo and Epico could work as a tag team though and WWE badly needs tag teams.
