Packers fans are so god damn obnoxious on here that it made their loss all the more sweet.

Can't imagine the Pats not winning the SB. Ugh, so gross.

obnoxious = posts a lot?

Yeah I dont understand the obnoxious complaint at all. I love reading Packers GAF posts. The only people that are really obnoxious are the lifelongs that show up out of nowhere and then talk a bunch of shit when their team wins.

Watching the pressers. Someone hold me.

Apparently. Dunno what else we've done that's obnoxious.

Good luck w/ the press conferences! Nothing unique about them, really.
edit: well, except for them being after a playoff loss.

Yeah, they're a bunch of assholes. I've been supporting my Niners on here for almost three years now.

WHO'S WITH ME?

i will never understand how Coughlin is always on the hot seat and yet Norv Turner has job security.

Professional sports teams are run so strangely at times.

The regulars have been around unless I'm forgetting someone.

Deathbyvolcano and jakncoke have been around too. Chuckdd disappeared mysteriously over the weekend but has been found safely so we can all be happy about that.

I was always under the impression results were king for the NYG so an under performing season or two would lead to shakeups meanwhile Norv is around because he's AJ Smith's guy.

To be fair I don't think they had a reason to think their team would fuck up so hard today.

I did, mainly because I watched our defense play all season long and knew the Giants could shred us. It all came down to keeping pace with them, which we didn't.

I usually avoid posting shit about my football team but I just feel like I need to post just to come to terms with how shitty we played today. My body is dead from the post game rage work out, I need to do the same with my brain.

Shit I don't even know what 'Packers Age' is anyway. Clearly don't hang around here enough.

I think market is a huge factor. Only the Iowa Hawkeye head coach can make 4 million a year until 2020 for getting 7 wins each year.

Random example but first thing that I thought of.

Man, you can tell Rodgers is pissed. Harrell is fueled by his tears and rage.

Don't do this.

Packers-age has been talking all year like Green Bay was just going to waltz into Indy. Just take your medicine.
Not doing anything - just genuinely curious on his thoughts.

We all have our fun, but I wouldn't consider any fan base as a whole on NFL-GAF "god damn obnoxious"

Two very different media markets and the expectations that comes along with that. Everything in NY/NJ is overreation, hyperbole and very little in the way of rationality. You'll find that in many of the fans as well. Not just Giants fans, but look at the Jets fans meltdown after how this season went.

Ownership and organization makes a bit of a difference as well.

My only hope for this postseason now is for Alex Smith to win the Superbowl and MVP honors and to have the press rub Rodgers nose in that for the entire offseason, driving him to become an unstoppable force next season.

Bucs fans.
And their team blows too, not like my 49ers!

The only Age that flat out died after a loss was Saints-age. And that was the Dirtbag era. At least Cajunator is man enough to stick around.

Let me clear the air for you right now - Packers age was being goddamn obnoxious. Some more than others.

Don't see why that's a big deal though, it's sports, and we're all grown. Happens all the time, only babies get mad at it.

he was an unstoppable force this season until dumbass mccarthy sat him for the final week. 2 weeks without real game action is too much. we see it every year but coaches just don't learn. i understand the injury risk but an injury can happen at any time in any game

Because, when they are winning, NY fans aren't that different than Laker fans.

Every year their good teams don't chip, the press kills them and calls for their heads.

The press was brutal on Joe Torre in his final years as the Yanks' manager, especially after 2004 and he had won 4 chips!

Coughlin hasn't been back to the SB since 18-1 so the fanbase is restless.

I thought Chuck was posting throughout most of yesterday or was I seeing things? I've not seen any of the Steeler regulars take off. Maybe some of the newbs did, but I never paid attention to them anyway.

JetsAGE is gone too, right? Did they even exist?
Not all of them. bob_arctor and Fox318 still post regularly. Fox mainly holding off the need to commit suicide until Shotty was fired.

Eagles age is dead this year. There was that guy with the Eagles avatar that liked Kolb, and the other guy that hated ried and management, but I dont see them in this thread at all.
