Well, I'm putting more stock on his performance as a DC in Denver and Miami the last three years. He had a reputation for blitzing too much in Denver. He was inconsistent in Miami. There was a stretch where Miami blitzed less than 10 times a game, and then they blitzed almost 20 times in the first half against New England.

I didn't like the de-RPGing of Mass Effect 2, but the longer I played the more I got into it. Will be getting ME3.
Anyhow, debate on Houston radio on whether to spend the money on Mario Williams. Defense was awesome without him, but would probably be even more awesome with him (and obviously with the injury history of the Texans depth is never a bad thing). Mario seemed to be adjusting really well to Wade's 3-4: he had five sacks in 4 games before getting injured.
Still, the price tag would be high. Even a franchise tag would be around 23 mil, if I heard correctly.
I have no doubt Kubiak wants to bring him back. Any guy who keeps trotting Jacoby Jones and Kareem Jackson out there obviously can be loyal to a fault. But as was the case with Vontae, once the 'value' is reached in terms of money, even the Texans will cut ties.

Was really tempted until they announced the retarded pricing of memory sticks. Holy shit Sony, what a way to kill yourselves. Sony will never learn when it comes to proprietary formats. The temptation mainly came from Uncharted, because I love me some uncharted, even if its not by Naughty Dog (although strangely still havent beaten Uncharted 3, so maybe I don't love it as much as I thought). Although let me make it clear, Uncharted 2 was amazing.

No. Haven't played a DS or PSP game since going to iOS. All my mobile gaming happens on my iPad now.
I'll get one, but I'll probably wait a bit to see if any hardware issues pop up.
I'll never forget getting a PSP at launch... I set it behind my recliner in the living room that I never use because it seemed like a convenient place to charge. A friend came over and kicked the recliner out and the back of the chair crushed the screen.

Yeah I mentioned this earlier. They are gone. The city has no money (like every other city) to spend on renovating the stadium. But LA will actually have build a stadium for anyone to go there, and so far nothing has happened.
San Diego and Minnesota both have expired leases but are staying in their current stadiums b/c they too have no other options. The NFL owners need a new city to step up and be a leverage point so the billionaires can make more money
Completely uninformed on the platform, but are there games actually worth playing on the iPad? It just seems like controlling it would be more for novelty gaming.
Yeah, I didn't even realize when it first happened either. I was getting ready for bed later that night and I was going to unplug it, and then I saw the crushed screen and it all made sense. It came up in conversation down the road and the friend offered to pay for it, but it was just poor placement on my part. I charge everything elevated and in sight now.

Eventually but not at launch. I still think $300 (with memory card) is too much for a system I will rarely play. I will never forget how little I played the PSP after buying it on launch day. It was basically a Lumines machine.

The iPad/iPhone/iPod thread is up to its 4th OT now. Are there novelty games? Yes. Some of them are fun. You'll hear the argument "but they aren't real gamezzzzz" which is bullshit. There are a lot of games for iOS that are deep and worth playing. The thing is I almost always have my iPad with me. I use it to post on GAF, for one. So it's my go-to device when I have a little time during the day to play something.
Is it perfect? No. But I don't think either the DS or the PSP is perfect either.
