yes it is...I would bite so hard if I didnt buy a red hori hard case from play-asia.

Oh man, I know buying the FEB bundle would be a waste of money for me...but...need PSVita...but must resist >.<
 
Just went and switched my wifi unit to 3G based on the free stuff they are throwing in. My gamestop guy said they have a number of Wifi pre orders but I was the first to ask for 3G so had no problems switching.

So sounds like trophies are not listed on the Ps3 but for those that have it are they listed on playstation.com when you log in?

You guys are so silly. It's so much less painful if you did now what I did over a month ago. Convert to the FEB, and realize that sometimes, time is money. In this case, 1 week = $30, maybe more.
 
Darn Amazon as my willpower failed and ended up ordering the FEB with release day shipping. Now the wait until Wednesday. Too bad newegg isn't shipping out memory sticks until Wednesday (and a good thing a 4gb comes with the FEB).

It's 2 days before the FEB, but we know everything, kinda. When PSone and remote play gets blown out more is still up in the air... but we've seen the first ad. We've read the outline for their advertising. We've heard quotes from Yoshi about wanting to balance the releases so there are no lulls. Still no firm date for Gravity Daze, but we got one for Resistance. The reviews have come in and each game is pretty much what we thought they would be. Modnation and Army corps of hell are a bit of a bummer, and general launch game-itis (like long load times) plague a lot of games... but overall it's still one of the best lineups ever.


I feel good, Vita-gaf. I like it. I tend to love sony hardware and sony games, but the way sony manages things makes me crazy. Right now I'm not 100% confident in them, but I like the way things are headed.

And to get corny for a second... i've been lurking here for years, posting here for about a year, but always just felt like one of the random faces. This thread is the first time I feel like im getting to recognize names, i love the tone most have taken, the vita is doomed shit has seemingly stopped, we answer questions over and over for new folks to the thread asking old questions. I always thought it was corny when people refered to themselves as Xbox-gaf or whatever, but i kinda feel like we are Vita-Gaf and I like you people. You are good people.

Same here, man. I've been hooked to neoGAF since the 3DS launch (been lurking for a year or so before that), and this thread has evoked the same feelings. /corniness
 
According to IGN you can play any psp game on the vita if you download it to your ps3 first and then transfer it to the vita. The list Sony provided was just the games that can be downloaded directly to the vita.

I think this confirms that Gravity Rush will not be released on May 29th either. If I was looking at First Party releases Sony has

March - Unit 13 and MLB The Show
April - ?
May - Resistance: Burning Skies
June - Little Big Planet

So my prediction for Gravity Rush would be April.

April would definitely be a good time. I don't know that there are any high profile releases scheduled for that month as of yet.

When did LBP get confirmed for June? I thought it was May as well.

If that is true, I may pick up a few games then, Virtua Tennis, Ridge Racer, Rayman, Uncharted, and Katamari are games that I would still like to pick up at a later date.

I wonder if "merchandise" also means playstation network cards... If so I will stock up.
 
Fuck it, i'm preordering my FEB bundle tomorrow, for a change the launch price here in Mexico is not that bad, only about 80usd above the US price.

I'm getting Fifa and Virtua Tennis and maybe Rayman.
 
Hey, does anybody know how fulfillment by Amazon works?

Do i have to pay Amazon money for holding the stuff I sell at their warehouse? If so, how much do I have to pay? (for a game, for example)

If Plus members end up getting an extra discount I'd laugh even harder at those people who bought their games right away. It's a shame those people who bought Uncharted at $50 couldn't wait a day to get it for $45.

Yes. Physical imports work. Online passes might screw you over though.
 
I keep forgetting about Sumioni. Yoshida mentioned it in that video, and it looks awesome. Think of a cross between the original NES Ninja Gaiden and Kirby's Canvas Curse. With the art style of Okami. It's the team who made the "Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman!" games.

I'm lucky they're doing their launch like this. I have tax money burning a hole in my pocket and would totally pick up the wi-fi model if it were out tomorrow, but it's not. I'm convincing myself that I really don't need one.
