I'm curious about this too. I've always wanted that pouch and I have the coins for it. Anybody here have it and the Vita?
(I know the irony of not wanting it to hold a 3DS, lol, but I already have a case for that)
Currently transferring 219 wallpapers from my PC to my Vita via Content Manager. It's going extremely slow. Been at it for about 20 minutes, and it's only transferred 20 wallpapers. Anybody else have this problem or am I doing something wrong?
Also thanks to the poster for linking me to the Youtube video with the Hori screen protector.
If anyone wants to sell their FEB case, I'll buy the shit out of it.
Even if it smells like shit?

Watch it if you haven't. And twenty-two posted two good videos and review on it (gave it a ten and called it a god game).
He doesn't want the case; just the shit inside it that made it smell.
Never tried this but what happens when you log into PSN from PS3 and Vita at the same time?

What version is better the 3G or the wifi or does it even matter?

3G seems pointless unless you want to do web browsing on the go at places without wifi. You certainly won't be downloading much with a 250mb limit. It's a ripoff for the monthly price too.

And for those of us WITHOUT 3G phones... well, I think I'd rather just get one of those for 3G rather than use the Vita. If I could make the Vita share a plan it'd be nice, but even if that can be done I'd have to be tied with AT&T right now, and screw that. The 3G offers wireless internet at an insultingly low mb cap per month. I don't see games playing online over 3G as a viable option. I'm sure most games will require wifi to play any sort of online aside from leaderboard postings, etc.
I really don't see the perk of the 3G - like at all. most of us have smartphones, so slow 3g web browsing is already covered. Shrug
According to Near, there are multiple people within a 1.5 KM radius from my house playing Gravity Daze and Ragnarok Odyssey. What the hell!
Isn't netflix supposed to be available on vita by the official launch next week? I thought I remember hearing that somewhere.
Unconfirmed but Gamestop may be doing a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale on Vita titles starting Sunday as well.

I read that too.
Hoping they include digital sales.
By the way, I read it was for first-party titles only, but that could be wrong because it's supposed to match Target's deal.
Its a system seller because its the best selling game franchise and its never been done well on a portable. Why is it a system seller? If I want a good MP experience from a COD title I'm playing in on my nice big TV. Not a 5in screen or portable that lacks L/R2 triggers or clickable analog sticks.

That is very very unlike them.

I keep asking this but I'm still unsure.
Is 3G really worth it? If I got the WiFi only version, I don't want to miss out on anything. But I also don't want to pay an extra $15-25 to use the 3G service.
Would I miss out on anything if I just got the WiFi only system? That's what I'm worried about.

That'd be good because generally Gamestop's game selection trumps department stores, but they usually don't do sales like this for new games, and there ain't any used Vita games yet.

Yeah, there's no guarantee I can find everything I could want at Target, but GameStop? More likely! That'd be good because generally Gamestop's game selection trumps department stores, but they usually don't do sales like this for new games, and there ain't any used Vita games yet.

And Ninja Gaiden IS at 30 FPS? That's disappointing, wasn't the Xbox original at 60?
Well the thread is up on CAG. The guy said there was an internal memo about it and the worker there did give him a free game as he scanned his receipt.
It's something I've been suspecting, a lot of these ports that LOOK like a good idea to me tend to not come out as well as I'd like, especially when they're at launch. To be honest, we're probably lucky that 30 FPS sounds like the only issue this has, while games like Rayman Origins turned out well enough to be given 9s despite lacking a key feature (multiplayer).Yeah it really looks like TN is dropping the ball on Ninja Gaiden. It's super disappointing.
Has anyone here tried ordering from PlanetAxel.com?
They are the ones with the cheap 32GB.
I just ordered and got a confirmation mail but it only says I have ordered and payed for "Handling, routing (and customs*)" and then it goes on to say Order Total: $0.00.
Why is that?
Now I'm worried.
So you played them or you going by review scores?Heartbreaking if it turns out that both ninja games at Vita's launch is subpar.
