If it makes you feel any better I bought a 3DS and barely used it... and I absolutely adore the vita and haven't turned on steam or my ps3 since getting it. I doubt that will last forever, but I can safely say it's a far more compelling experience than the 3DS. Well, for my taste in games, atleast.

Oh, I totally agree but I find it stupid that the Japanese Vita accessories are "superior" and minimalistic compared to the US accessories. I plan on importing that case soon.

I'm glad I applied a screen protector to my Vita, mainly using the touch screen means I've got fingerprints all over the face of the Vita all the time, so I'm frequently wiping it clean - it's too easy to grind some unseen bit of dust into my screen if I don't have a screen protector in place, and with one, I don't have to worry about it - the protector gets scratched and I just replace it... I would recommend everyone get one - it only takes one bad scratch to make you wish you had...

Not Amazon, but TD/CC will. If you order a 32GB card and you get a game instead, then they will need to give you what you ordered or refund your money.

Same problem here, but after hours and hours of reading previews, reviews and threads on GAf I decided to pre order the Vita anyway. Hell, if I worked all the hours I spend reading about the Vita, I could afford 3

Main reason for me is being able to play Uncharted GA when travelling. And..I just know I won't be able to ignore the Vita or any other console that launches. If I won't buy the device now, I'll buy it a week later. Yes... I'm weak :/

I carry it with me at least three times a week (Metro rides are suddenly bearable!) and I haven't dirtied it up one bit. No discoloration, still as puffy as when it arrived! It feels like a good place for a Vita to sleep!

It took me 3 tries to properly get a screen protector on. Finally got it on right but had a tiny spec of dust in there...not a huge deal. But still, the screen protector was making the screen much less impressive, as it was essentially creating a visible bezel. One reason the Vita screen is so incredible is that the blacks of the screen just blend into the bezel.

Took my screen protector off.
